Of that 3 Bedford is the keeper. The other 2 have no upside.

The Zac Merrett Thread
That is never the question for these big clubs that get players. It just happens. FWIW, I don’t think the Bombers can afford to lose him and will throw the kitchen sink at him, to try and show that they are ok. It will all work well for his bank account.

Trade Targets
I have suggested chasing Jordan Clark a few times and now Freo have names him as a target to return home, as he is apparently unhappy at the Cats. IMO he would be a good player to chase.

Finals: Week 3
Hope Port haven’t kicked this away. They have missed at least 5 gettable goals. 3 didn’t even score behinds.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - BEN BROWN
So now I am called a liar, just for being interested in another poster’s use of stats, to back his opinion that Fritsch should be play in the back half, which I don’t even agree with. Wow some posters on here are so quick to attack others even for the completely wrong reason. Read my post again, if you ever even read it in the first place. PS, I actually never mentioned Fritsch at all in my post or moving him to Defence.

Another Tragedy for Jones

Adam Treloar
They are very dangerous contracts for clubs to enter into. Buddy is just another example.
-
Adam Treloar
I am shocked that the Pies appear to be pushing Treloar out, worse still while he has some years to go on his contract. Players being wooed by other clubs, would have to be wary of clubs that do this. PS. Don't mention us and Preuss, as Preuss is the one wanting to go for better opportunities, which we are happy to accommodate, if a suitable deal can be reached.

Well the Cats CEO has said they are heavily into Cameron. If Cameron stays at GWS, do they offer us more for Preuss, to get back at GWS?

That is fascinating Bob, I never considered examining the height of goal kickers before. It does make for an interesting analysis of game styles, versus personnel.

Do you feel the same about the other guy he was doing it with?

Farewell Mitch Hannan
Hi Adrian.

Dare say we would have spoken to Ooze about him as well.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - BEN BROWN
I just can’t help feeling that there is something wrong with Brown, given the way North are pushing him out.
-
Trade Targets
Well Dogs do want a key forward and a key back and also have expressed interest in Hannan, so that could be a possible fit.

I haven't got a clue what is happening, but I think we could safely assume that if we are moving Tom on, we have another forward in sight.

Crows Attempting to Poach Darren Burgess
This might be your first unanimously liked post on DL Dazzle. Great news.

Jesse Hogan on the way out at Freo?
There is the problem, we all look from outside in and don't know what is really going on. Those looking from inside out, find him too difficult and disruptive to a team game and culture.

Farewell Braydon Preuss
Very disappointing that Caldwell has nominated Saints. I would be unhappy if we took a low pick, unless that pick has been agreed as the trade price for a player we want from else where.

Trade Targets
I would rather address needs and get 2 best 22 players, while also moving on nqr players, who won’t make our best 22 and then concentrate on developing our own and drafting possible future talent. I dislike the scattergun approach of say the Saints, who while they made the finals, got nothing from their high priced newbies, when it really mattered and who now are taking up a lot of their salary cap and probably stifling future development of young players.
