Our firm takes on graduates fresh out of uni every year. Maybe it's our recruitment processes, I don't know, but they are as hard working and switched on as previous cohorts. We need experience. I'd look at recent senior coaches such as Rutten and Cameron. Or perhaps try to poach Leppitsch from the pies And if we insist on recently retired players why not try Nathan Jones?
