Agree. These changes are not as bad a most on here think. Fritta whilst may have been late for training is always late to get to a contest. Harmes in poor form and the ins of Gawn, Jones and Rivers must help and Omac will release Lever to intercept. I just hope those on here bagging the club will eat their words when we get a win in Alice. Remember we play Ok there and Saints have not seen the ground. Plus Saints are not that good.

Agree re having a shocker and only really just losing. I reckon close to our worst performance for season along with Port game. Whereas Dogs played to their best ability so I plenty of upside for us. Saints game critical and we will bounce back. Extra day to recover and playing in Alice where Saints have not played before. Bring our best and should win well as we do play Alice ground well.

That last line is spot on. We are not that good and always fall apart when pressure is put on including our so called stars. Trac whilst he got plenty of the ball gave it up all so easily.

Great position to be in. Fit squad and Max to come back. Knock of the Doggies and we are looking good. Backs should contain them and as long as we break even in the middle reckon our forwards will get job done. Go Dees.

Plus I'm happy with the Weid and a fit Jacko who will turn heads big time next season. Add in Kozzie and our other small/medium forwards where in the hell would you play him even if in a good sound position health wise.

No for me as I think he has not much footy left in him. Appears from afar he does not have the desire.

And a bloody good leader to boot. Heard him a few times on Saturday directing players and encouraging in a loud voice. Glad he is on our side.

Not sure having no ruck is such a bad thing for this Saturday. Forecast up here is for 45k winds Saturday. It will be worse than a wet day with ball on ground most of time.

Spot on Joeboy however I would have put in for Tomlinson - "Did his job". Was at ground and his defensive positioning was good blocking paths where the Pies wanted to go. Plenty of defensive punches in the packs.

Agree. Kozzie had one of those "could have" games. Was buzzing around and came close to doing some great things but just didn't work for him. Only change for me is as above unless Max gets up.

He came off in front of us and it appeared to me as a cramp. Laid on ground and got his legs worked on. No surprise seeing he has hardly had any sort of game of past months. Hope it was only a cramp. Seeing live again what impressed so much was our gut running up and down ground including Oliver, Viney and Brayshaw but the best one was Langdon. He just ran and ran up and down the same wing all night. Very impressive. We seem to be as fit as any team. Going along very nicely at present.

Got 6 in section 63 basically on wing but on top tier at UU. Still a good position. Got Daughter's family down from Nth Qld and needed 13 all up and 2 sons managed to get 2 each ( no more 4/6 left) so getting there. Funny that the email from club had link straight to Tickemaster with no need to have a reference/membership number so up against all the General Admission people. With Lions game we had first go then Lions members then GA. Things change daily. Been a long time since seeing us play Pies. Last time took my eldest son who is now in 40's to Vic Park when he was about 10 !! Reckon we will have a good chance of winning this one.

Not yet as the next round starts this Saturday, late afternoon, finishes next Wednesday then round 12 starts next Thursday. Suspect teams will be out the day before for next 2 rounds at least.

Got to agree here. He needs more game time to get up to speed of the game remembering he has missed allot of footy. That aside he needs to impact more with his defensive side. No more one handed tackles please.

We JUST have to win this. Surely the Mids can finally get it right and win plenty of the pill and actually deliver it tonight. They basically have M. Crouch and Smith as the only decent mids. If our guys stuff up in the midfield tonight LOOK OUT

Spirit, tad hard on the Weid . My son was at the game last night and mentioned this morning Weid was making good positions leading well and we NEVER looked for him.
