Fully agree, however I think they’re dumb enough to fire him thinking something might change.

If they don’t think something will change, probably likely to fire him to look like they’re doing things.

If they are dumb enough to think that a caretaker coach could work then yeah, they'll sack Voss early

End of season (or near the end) is a far better scenario (for Carlton)

And the caretaker coach might mirror Voss anyway. After all, their whole FD would be geared towards playing a certain way

As much as I like Voss the legendary player and a genuinely good bloke he has always been a one dimensional coach who is only good at getting his team playing contested stoppage football. Was the wrong choice as coach, mistake made. It is what it is. Time for change and a reset.
