Lions could be top 4 or miss finals based on one game

don’t reckon that has ever happened before

luckily for them they are playing the chokers

Methinks 186 might be at risk here. Hawks 10 goals up and it’s not even halftime.

Watson’s second half of the year has been really good. I wouldn’t be surprised if he finishes 2nd in the rising star.

Bombers traded D’Ambrosio for nothing

pick 61 and F 4th rounder

incompetence!

You are right.....but wrong game.

Pick 5 could really be on still

GC should handle the Tigers today

And the Saints are in better form than the Blues

Unbelievable that we lost to Meth Coke this year.
After winning a Flag we still have that soft underbelly.
What a f$&@ Dumpster Season this was

Blues were lauded for their victory with a second string team last week.  What people forgot is that the Eagles are virtually an average WAFL team atm. Go Saints!!

186 could be a chance!

82pts now. could be almost 100 by HT

Get a 200 point win Geelong and make it so Harley Reid wants out.

And that's the last time I'll encourage Geelong on anything.

This is awesome, up by 100 before half time

Geelong love spanking teams at home in the last round that already have one foot in mad Monday.

You misspelled Jesse, and that game’s tomorrow.

To the west coast fans who travelled to Geelong to support your team, I feel your pain & know what you're going through.

Feel free to have our 186 record.

The hawks forwards just keep chasing & putting the pressure on even when they're up by 90 points.

Something ours don't

Just got back from walking round the lake, could 186 be falling? What was the HT margin in our one?

I wish what Geelong & hawthorn are doing today we could do to teams.

To think we just beat nth & lost 1 game to west coast is disgraceful

20-4 to 1-4

These are the type of questions we have to put to the Football Department.
It’s all work rate and run. Many of our players switch off far too often

Hawthorn could easily win Finals this year, and most of their team are no names

  • REPORT: Carlton

I am now certain that the decline in fortunes of the Melbourne Football Club from a premiership power with the potential for more success to come in the future, started when the team ran out for their Round 9 match up against Carlton last year. After knocking over the Cats in a fierce contest the week before, the Demons looked uninterested at the start of play and gave the Blues a six goal start. They recovered to almost snatch victory but lost narrowly with a score of 11.10.76 to 12.5.77. Yesterday, they revisited the scene and provided their fans with a similar display of ineptitude early in the proceedings. Their attitude at the start was poor, given that the game was so winnable. Unsurprisingly, the resulting score was almost identical to that of last year and for the fourth time in succession, the club has lost a game against Carlton despite having more scoring opportunities.

  • CASEY: Carlton

The Casey Demons smashed the Carlton Reserves off the park at Casey Fields on Sunday to retain a hold on an end of season wild card place. It was a comprehensive 108 point victory in which the home side was dominant and several of its players stood out but, in spite of the positivity of such a display, we need to place an asterisk over the outcome which saw a net 100 point advantage to the combined scores in the two contests between Demons and Blues over the weekend.

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.
