Has it been explained why Tiges r in black shorts and Cats r in white?

They've been wearing the white shorts at home for years now.
Why? No clue

It's what happens when the ball's been thrown to you. Luck breeds luck.

It does look a bit cleaner with the Guernsey, it's just perception that white shorts are for away teams which makes it feel strange

If Geelong wins, I'll shout the bar if Chris Scott mentions that Richmond's set-shot kicking contributed.

Haha I think we broke the Cats 😈🤣

Right???? I knew we’d put a few cracks in ‘em but we might have snapped ‘em clean in half!!! At the end of the season I want us to be able to proudly say we started their 15-game losing streak 🥳🥳🥳

Can’t believe some media people had the Cats for the flag after round 7

I thought this year was it for them to start to fall away. Fair to say, overperformed first 7 and now underperformed.

Big Freeze announcement: is Neale no longer walking? 🥺

i hope those 2 junk time goals just before half time haven't changed momentum in cats favour

Chris Daniher was interviewed on the radio this week.  He mentioned that Neale could still walk and that the ability to do so helps keep him positive. Amazing man the Rev.

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.

  • AFLW REPORT: Brisbane

A steamy Springfield evening set the stage for a blockbuster top-four clash between two AFLW heavyweights. Brisbane, the bookies’ favourites, hosted Melbourne at a heaving Brighton Homes Arena, with 5,022 fans packing in—the biggest crowd for a Melbourne game this season. It was the 11th meeting between these fierce rivals, with the Dees holding a narrow 6–4 edge. But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
