Demonland 74,440 Posted May 28, 2024 Posted May 28, 2024 Who are you tipping this week and what are the best results for the Demons? 1 Quote
Diamond_Jim 12,773 Posted May 28, 2024 Posted May 28, 2024 Some big games there If the Dogs beat the Pies and we do the same the following week that's definitely the end of the Pies' top 4 chances. Of course if Collingwood wins those two and we lose the next two that dire fate may apply to us. Gold Coast beating the Bombers would finish off the weekend nicely. Not sure who I want to see win between Port and Carlton. On the basis that we need to replace a top 4 side you could go for Port but hell a Carlton win... Another draw perhaps 2 Quote
BDA 23,048 Posted May 28, 2024 Posted May 28, 2024 Gold Coast were ordinary against Carlton last time out but they’re a different proposition at home. I reckon they’ll get the job done against the bombers. I certainly hope they do. Quote

If non-Marvel tenants must play home games at Marvel then it should not be against a tenant of Marvel. 2 Quote

Diamond_Jim 12,773 Posted May 29, 2024 Posted May 29, 2024 Pendlebury is out for the Pies... Collingwood star Scott Pendlebury has been ruled out of the blockbuster against the Western Bulldogs as the reigning premiers count the cost of their mounting injury toll. Pendlebury failed to complete training at Olympic Park on Wednesday, leaving the track early. The 36-year-old has been battling an arm injury since last week’s draw with Fremantle. https://www.theage.com.au/sport/afl/afl-orders-umpires-to-tighten-holding-the-ball-rule-20240529-p5jhhv.html Quote

MrFreeze 2,055 Posted May 30, 2024 Posted May 30, 2024 My tips Power - although i did not see the changes, at home they are still formidable and overall probably are in better form but Blues will know they are very capable of winning this game. Doggies - they looked great vs Sydney for most of the match, Pies injuries mounting. Hawks - form building, at the G i think they take the chocolates. Weagles - at home are a problem Puddy tats - ez Dees - in a slog, but we have the weapons Suns - At home are dangerous Quote

Demonstone 23,584 Posted May 30, 2024 Posted May 30, 2024 As a social experiment, I decided today to wear an "I Love Collingwood" t-shirt for a week. So far I've been spat on, verbally abused, punched and had a bottle thrown at me. I'm curious as to what might happen when I leave the house. 1 9 Quote
