Bolton is a star. Love watching him play.

Spidey senses say Freo.

Bolton will have to win it for the tigers I think

But it’s the losses to teams like Freo, on our home turf, that will bite us on the bum in the final ladder position. That is what p…ses me, and a lot of other posters, off. Games we shouldn’t lose!!!!! I admire your positivity Binman, but right now, I don’t think it is warranted.

We are 8-4 at the halfway point of the year, sitting third on the ladder, with the second best percentage, only just behind a team who has won three more games than us.

And $5.50 equal second favorite to win the flag.

We are playing the favourite in front of 90k on Monday and are 2.05 to win the game.

And you don't think my positivity is warranted?

I'm not sure about you bobby, but i have followed the dees for a long time.

A serious question.

If you dont think positivity is warranted now, in what scenario would positivity be warranted at this point in the season?

Omfg they got a free inside 50

And the Freo fans boo. They are brainless morons.

A blatant throw in the goalsquare .... four umps.... no one calls it.

It clearly hit the post. What is the delay here?

Score review went Richmond’s way… AMAZING!!!!!

Jeez Bolton is an enigmatic juxtaposition of brilliant flair and ordinary disposal.

Hang in there Tigers!!!!

  • REPORT: North Melbourne

I suppose that I should apologise for the title of this piece, but the temptation to go with it was far too great. The memory of how North Melbourne tore Melbourne apart at the seams earlier in the season and the way in which it set the scene for the club’s demise so early in the piece has been weighing heavily upon all of us. This game was a must-win from the club’s perspective, and the team’s response was overwhelming. The 36 point win over Alastair Clarkson’s Kangaroos at the MCG on Sunday was indeed — roovenge of the highest order!

  • CASEY: Werribee

The Casey Demons remain in contention for a VFL finals berth following a comprehensive 76-point victory over the Werribee Tigers at Whitten Oval last night. The caveat to the performance is that the once mighty Tigers have been raided of many key players and are now a shadow of the premiership-winning team from last season. The team suffered a blow before the game when veteran Tom McDonald was withdrawn for senior duty to cover for Steven May who is ill.  However, after conceding the first goal of the game, Casey was dominant from ten minutes in until the very end and despite some early errors and inaccuracy, they managed to warm to the task of dismantling the Tigers with precision, particularly after half time when the nominally home side provided them with minimal resistance.
