NON-MFC: Round 18, 2022

Umps doing their thing. They might just get the Crows over the line here

Yes, Ginnivan fell on the ball, but it immediately went behind him. Horrible free kick. But it is against Ginnivan so I will take it.

Collingwood ability to win has been quite impressive. I've been saying for a while they are a genuine flag smokey. Probably won't win it but they are firmly in top 4 contention now and could well replace one of Melbourne or Brisbane.

The final round of Melb v Brisbane, Coll v Carlton could well decide the top 4. Geelong ending their year with WC at GMHBA is just so [censored] typical.

Pies flukiest team ever

Interesting how Collingwood has refreshed its team from within.

Pre covid its VFL team was not that great IIRC but they seem to have nurtured them well.

Like many I had them in the 8-12 bracket on the ladder

oh my lord. 2 in quick succession for the Crows.

Hold onto your hats folks. This is going down to the wire

Just now, Mr Steve said:

S--t that's Bang Bang can they do a Bang Bang Bang.

OOh what a difference a minute makes

Didn't see that coming

[censored] Collingwood

[censored] are probably destined to win the flag. Every week they fluke their way to close wins.

Great game. The quality wasn't always there but it was a ferocious contest throughout. Credit both teams. The intensity was finals like.

And i absolutely hate the pies

Pies just getting lucky. Can’t wait to see them get destroyed in finals.

What a brilliant match

both team evenly matched. Experience of the Pies senior players get them through in the end

Pies equal top? What an insane season!

Lost our first game in round 11 and now there are several teams equal on wins. Second half of the season has been a flop for us (so far)

Sigh.

They're 7-1 now in games decided by under two goals.

I would love to know if there has ever been a side sit this high on the ladder this late into a season with a percentage of 106.2%.
