Collingwood supporters BOOING Clarry

Featured Replies

[censored] game for us, an embarrassment. But didn't have any problems with Pies supporters in the three places I watched from.

Except...

In the second quarter I was watching from Collingwood's attacking flank. A young Demon and Magpie fan behind me, being relatively vocal but funny and harmless. Hibberd got a clean possession, ran past us and kicked clear of their 50. I yelled out 'onya Hibbo', Pie fan behind me yells 'where's your brother?!' Turned around and gave him a short and sharp spray. Just a young sheepish-looking smart-[censored], not a grizzled older bully. Just thought it was [censored]. Gave him a parting word and had to walk off elsewhere.

They won their Grand Final. Cox only played well as loose man in defence and after he injured Maxy.

It wasn’t that bad. They were disappointed it did t go to one of their own (Cox or Mihocek) and we’re expressing their displeasure at the voters rather Clarry I thought.

Who cares what Collingwood supporters think.
They're the absolute bottom of the barrel when it comes to supporter bases.

Next best on ground was Viney, then Gus.  so not sure what the booing is about!

And our fans were booing Ginnivan in the opening minutes despite never playing a game against us. Don't hold your breath waiting for rational behaviour by footy fans.

nailed it for many fans.

But Clarry can put it into his trophy cabinet next to his premiership Medallion.

21 of the 23 pies players don't have one of those either.

This is abhorrent. There’s verbal abuse and then there’s comments like this that are on a plane of their own.
Good on you for giving this cretin a mouthful.

The day you care what a filth supporter thinks is a sad day.
They are so far below us you should already know their ability to make any sound that’s coherent is very very limited.

Oxymoron there Gorg.  ( With emphasis on moron, since we are discussing the feral filth.)

Many younger Demon Supporters have probably never realized how disgusting the Collingwood Football Club is

Well yesterday was your first taste. They are not known as the Filth for nothing.
despise and hate every fibre in that stinking club

Victoria Park was once a Slag pit (look that up on Google)

The MCC actually helped fund the building of Vic Park way back, so they had somewhere to play

Clayton was a magnificent Demon yesterday

I am just giving it to a Filth mate now.
How anyone would CHOOSE to be a Lifetime Filth supporter astounds me.
The only weirder scenario is Lifetime Saints Supporters…

Why?

Yes we have been very bad, but we always had a serious history

Sorry mate, find it hard to drop to their level…

Not that I condone violence, but good thing you did coz, I would have found it hard not to snot him!! That really is below sub human, how many times must Hibbo replay those events Clearly that is beyond comprehension!

For those visiting the MCG, you can report anti-social behaviour anonymously via text message to the dedicated security number +61 409 117 621

I would have lost it, that is outrageously cruel, beyond insulting a mother or racial epitaph.

  • PODCAST: Gold Coast

I’ll be away for the next few weeks, so Binman will be holding the fort for our podcasts covering the Suns, Bombers and Lions matches. As a result, there will be no live podcasts during this period, and we won’t be taking calls or voicemails. Binman will still be dipping into this thread to select a few questions to answer, while also combining the long-form Stats Files podcast with the Demonland Podcast for these shows. Your questions and comments are a huge part of what makes the podcast work, so please post anything you’d like to ask or say below and we’ll do our best to give you a shout-out on the show. Please try to keep each post focused on one specific topic or player to make podcast preparation a little easier. If you have multiple topics you’d like to raise, please put them in separate posts.

  • PREVIEW: Gold Coast

Melbourne’s slow starts have been a troubling theme for a while. Against the Suns, they started slowly in both of their games, they trailed by 5.7.37 to 0.1.1 at quarter time at Peoples First Stadium in Round 16. This season, the story has remained the same and if the Demons fail to shake off this issue against the unbeaten Gold Coast Suns, they will be in serious danger of capitulating once again in their Easter Sunday showdown.
