How big should the GrandxFinsl crowd be tipped at 60 or 70 or 75 or 85,000 At the MCG ???

An obvious one. Having Gill , Roffey , himself etc there at the announcement of a simple 3 mil ground surface upgrade looked on the surface like making a big deal about v little. Had to be a signal that it was more than that .  How far advanced are they re facilities that will bring all of the arms of the club bk under one roof?

Is CS's desk still in residence? And if it is, is it as ostentatious as we have been led to believe?

Thanks Guys, for organizing the very timely interview with Perty, and as always, for your very insightful and balanced analyses.  Go Dees!

I will put my hand up as one one of those who had concerns when Pert came on board, based on his history at Collingwood. Now completely sold. Appreciate his candidness and application. Love when he says 'us' and 'we', and that he has a football playing background.

thanks for this. A great interview. Pert is definitely growing on me. He feels less corporate and more football than i first thought and seems to love the club. Bit of a worry re the 8 mill loss over 2 seasons though. Guess it’s true fr all clubs.

Great interview with Perty guys, well done. Highly reassuring to hear his response to the possible game in Darwin vs Adelaide (29.15 mark of the podcast). Being at our best running into the finals, playing at the MCG, with no interest in putting the boys onto a long haul flight which could disrupt that.

tl;dr of key points?

Not being social media savvy, i had no idea what tl;dr stood for. So googled it. This was the second definition listed:

Generally speaking, you should only use TLDR when summarizing a piece of text, whether you're the author or commenter. Using the phrase TLDR without offering a useful summary for the content can come off as intentionally rude (but of course, that may be your intention).2 Aug 2019

You learn something new every day.

But I'm confused. Should you have not asked TL:DL of key points? As in: too long, did not listen.

In any case here is a summary of the key points: FIITWOMMDYAFAHAL

As in: fantastic interview - in the immortal words of of Molly Meldrum, do yourself a favour and have a listen.

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session. BLWNBA'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I arrived at around 1015 and the squad was already out on the track. The rehab group consisted of XL, McAdam, Melksham, Spargo and Sestan. Lever was also on restricted duties and appeared to be in runners.  The main group was doing end-to-end transition work in a simulated match situation. Ball mov

WAYNE WUSSELL'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Rehab: Lever, Spargo, McAdam, Lindsay, Brown Sinnema is excellent by foot and has a decent vertical leap. Windsor is training with the Defenders. Windsor's run won't be lost playing off half back. In 19 games in 2024 he kicked 8 goals as a winger. I see him getting shots at g

BEST OF THE REST by Meggs

Meggs' Review of Melbourne's AFLW Season 9 ... Congratulations first off to the North Melbourne Kangaroos on winning the 2024 AFLW Premiership. Roos Coach Darren Crocker has assembled a team chock-full of competitive and highly skilful players who outclassed the Brisbane Lions in the Grand Final to remain undefeated throughout Season 9. A huge achievement in what was a dominant season by North. For Melbourne fans, the season was unfortunately one of frustration and disappointment
