Can’t argue with most of that, although Jordon did well imo. I think he adds important balance to our midfield, and had 20 in the end.

Jordon with a game high 9 tackles along with 20 touches. Pretty bloody good for a second gamer.

I love Joeboy's analysis every week, but one thing we seem to keep forgetting.  It's a team game.  We dominated possession and given it is only round 2, hopefully the errors that irk us all, will gradually be ironed out.

I'm pretty stoked tonight, given the occasion and what that occasion would/should have meant to St. Kilda.

My 3 word analysis?  You Bloody Bewdy.

Joeboy - most positive analysis

But Jordon was good. Does the hard stuff the let Oliver and Tracc do what they do.

And Kozzie - he's a star

Agree with most but Spargo was very effective. Always busy and always good vision

Off just 65% game time

Just thought I might put this in here if that's ok 'joeboy'...

Where are all those Oliver can't hurt you knockers tonight?

Hah, hah, hah...

Harsh on Jordan.

Absolutely - joeboy must have gone to the kitchen to make a cup of tea in the second quarter when Jordon got 10 disposals.

I thought Rivers' second half was better than his first!

Harsh on Jordon and Spargo. Playing their roles superbly at the moment.

Joe boy sees things his way.  Then we can read all the corrections.

we all see things in our own perception

great to have a basic analysis, even if I don’t agree ...often even.

Completely wrong in regards to Jordan and Fritsch took most of our marks inside 50

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
