Coles Centre Circle

  1. Have fun with that afl. I deal with coles on a daily basis, and they crawl up our bum daily on the most random things. Woolies was good. Coles nothing but pain.

I look forward to the meeting where coles tells Gil they won’t pay the last 3 months coz the logo was one shade of red from what they wanted

No more free kicks in the centre circle but a discount may be granted.

That looks f*cking horrendous. Nice one AFL!

Doesn't bother me in the slightest and I doubt that anyone will even notice it.

Well at least umps will be pressured to recall bad bounces more often so we get an extra look at the logo.

(Just watched the v Freo match Rd14 I think and they didn't care how bad the bounce was multiple times.)

Will a dropped mark in the corridor now be a spillage in aisle 3?

Aisles 1 & 6 are the Wings

Not a fan, only because Coles’ opposition is my employer. That green W, apple, pumpkin or whatever it is would look much better.

Apparently Razor Ray isn't a fan but then he does have Lidl man syndrome.

Not sure many will understand your joke Ray. However it is a good one.

It hadn't crossed my mind to check if they even have stores over here. I just assumed they were everywhere these days. It's Rab by the way.

My local is Foodworks

They still employ staff

As a defender whose last name is Cole, I'm not sure I am comfortable with my name being associated with a clearly pointless area of the ground.

There are none in Australia and predictive script did me in.

I'm not sure if my OCD is going to cope with the ball being bounced slightly outside of the 'o' in Coles - albeit with a brief ANZAC Day distraction when Collingwood and Essendon are neatly aligned either side of the 'l'.

It's Game Day on Friday night. ANZAC Eve. The big stage at the ‘G. The Demons return to the spotlight for one of our most significant nights on the football calendar, taking on the Tigers in a clash that always carries extra weight given the gravity of occasion of the commemoration of the ANZAC Spirit. Under the lights, in front of a packed house, this is where moments are made. Can the Dees rise to the occasion and deliver on the big stage, or will Richmond spoil the night? All the build-up, discussion, and in-game reactions here. Go Dees.

Round 7 is here, with the ANZAC commemoration games taking centre stage. Who are you tipping this week, and which results would be most favourable for the Demons?

  • PREVIEW: Richmond

Who would have imagined, when the season kicked off early last month, that Melbourne would emerge from the opening six weeks with wins over both Queensland powerhouses? At the time, Gold Coast and Brisbane were the competition’s early pace-setters, the flavours of the month, and the prospect of the Demons toppling both within the course of a fortnight seemed remote. Yet here they are, banking those scalps alongside home victories over two traditional Victorian rivals and building a quietly impressive resume.

From the outset, the Casey Demons lacked any spring in their steps. They were out-hustled and out-bustled and finally outplayed by the Brisbane Lions by 38 points on their home turf in perfect conditions at Casey Fields.
