Where is @WERRIDEE to predict the team these days ?

I'm still here. Just keeping a low profile. It caused too many problems plus the side along with Melbourne are not doing too well so I'll let it slide.

We have to win our remaining games to make the 8. I don't fancy our chances in this one.

On a placement for his next job perhaps

Seriously if he has something more pressing I could see them allowing some quiet time off/ early departure.

Less than 10 MFC listers = 0.01% chance of a win against the top side.

and 17 Richmond listed players

Nankervis in the ruck and we are serving up Bradtke, who I think will be good down the track but now will be murdered and Buxton Wales who looks like he would rather be elsewhere half the time. This will be over at quarter time, Tigers will murder us in the clearances due to rucks alone.

Think I might cry myself to sleep now.

You actually need to get out more and live a little if a meaningless VFL games makes you cry yourself to sleep....

Another one to the Tigers just before the end of the term. It’s getting a little ugly.

Quarter Time

2019 Hard Yakka / Totally Workwear VFL

Casey Demons  1.1.7

Richmond  5.3.33

Goals

Casey Demons Lowden

Disposals

Hore 9, Jordon Stretch 7 Freeman 6 Munro 5

Marty Hore outstanding in defence where the ball has been most of the time.

Connor Menadue for Tigers.  Contract status? Good ball user and has pace.

Its a tough day for Casey.  Too many kids versus too many AFL listed players.

15 UNAVAILABLE out of AFL Dees listed Squad.

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
