So now Melbourne have picks 3 and 8 in this year's draft after pick swap with North. Do the Demons have an ace up their sleeve for a player trade we haven't heard about?

Throw them both at the Giants for Lachie Whitfield sounds alright to me.

    Yeah I believe that was our 2nd round pick next season.

    So we finish higher than the Hawks and we are laughing.

    In most cases, new draftees tend to not play many games in their first season.

    Gryan Miers, who others have mentioned as the type we could use, spent his entire first year developing in the VFL

    Need to amend. Looks like good dealing with Tomlinson but he was free agent. 
     
    1- free agency. Tomlinson

    2- trading ... looks slightly impacted 

    I would leave the future outs and ins but call it as the picks flow. 
    ie ins - future 2nd round Hawks , future 4th round Freo 

    outs - future MFC 2nd round, future MFC 4th round

    miers was a pick in the 50s

    pick 8 should be more like a connor rozee in 2018, jaidyn stephenson in 2017
