And if you are wrong you will have Peter Bell as your avatar for a year.

If I’m right you have the photo of Ricky Nixon in his y-fronts smoking a durrie as yours.

Deal?

This article provides nothing. No direct quote or even a vague reference to an ā€˜unnamed source’. Just a hunch on the part of the journo. Yet based on this most of you are piling back on believing JesseĀ will be a Docker by Wednesday.Ā

I’m telling you right now. They’ve gone cold on him. Bell isn’t bluffing, they’re no longer interested.

We’re stuck with Hogan for 12 months and this will all happen again next year.

Is this something you know as fact or are you guessing like everyone else which means your opinion is no better or worse than the ones that you have chastised on this thread.Ā

Etd I didn't make the big statement. YouĀ  did. But in the interest of fair play I agree. I don't know how you can prove no interest though, if not this year I think they will try again.

Believe me, Jesse will be a Docker by Wednesday as he becomes an Unrestricted Free Agent on Thursday. Impeccable sauce.

Hogan may not like what he saw at Freo , however it would be easy money for him to make !!!! . Reminds meĀ of the old days at Demonland , when we got smashed by 186 pts players laughed about it, one player got dropped. If that wasn't easy money for playing for a club , I don't know what is .

It s not as easy as u think, losing by 10 goals + every second week is not easy money, and how many left on the list after 186, it might be easy money for a year or 2, today easy money, tomorrow no job and no money.

No-one knows anything as fact on here and of course things can change and change quickly. However, I’m going on an actual publicĀ statement by the Freo footy club (plus my own hunch) whereas the majority on here are interpreting subterfuge, liesĀ and shenanigans on the part of Peter Bell. Based on what? Because they don’t like him? I don’t particularly like him either but I have no reason at this stage to disbelieve what he’s saying.Ā

That is 100% right.

and whyĀ trade the pick that was already agreed upon ? Ā as from what been said a deal was done for 6 and 23 in principal then freoĀ Ā traded pick 6 !Ā

Freo traded pick 6 to get pick 23. That deal could never have been done.

and by the way, it seems freo aren't offering much more than the mfc. reportedly $4.5 over 5 years

I'm feeling content - no lose situation.

Trade with Fremantle will happen at a reasonable price and we'll on trade for May.

Trade doesn't happen and an exciting experiment with Jesse at CHB in 2019.

The dogs may bark but the caravan rolls along.

What if they are Pavlovs dogs ?

ETDragon how many times have we heard Bellend in this trade period say one thing then do another. The man is a liar.Ā  NB. He does not always tell the truth.

ok sorry it was it pick 6 and a second round pick from what I read

Maybe Jesse was not very impressed by what he saw at Freo

If that is the case and with Bells " le grande " statements on friday then jessie can just say he doesn't want to be traded. End of argument.Ā  Unfortunatley thatĀ wont be the case.

5, 23 & Freo 2019 first.

for Hogan & 2019 first.

Seems pretty fair to me.Ā

Examples? Where is this track record of Bell lying?

Actual quotes from Bell please. OpinionĀ pieces and rumourĀ articles don’t count.

Bell has actually said very little. As has Mahoney.

So your saying if he isn't traded to dockers wednesday, he will be delisted. I think your impeccable sauce must be Nixon

DeeDubya was taking the pizz.

Not that he’ll be delisted but if he were he’d be a delisted free agent not anĀ UFA. Pretty sure @Dee Dubya was just pulling the [censored].

T minus 10 minutes until Nixon tweets that Hogan has been delisted.Ā

The tribe has spoken:Ā  Hogan (72%) before Neale (28%).

Its crazy to think they will have both.Ā

Jesse will impact their club in the same way Buddy has Sydney both on the field and off the field with game attendance, memberships, sponsors etc.

If they set it up properly Jessie is their marquis player (with Fyfe) for a long time to come.Ā

Being stuck with Cale Morton was a lot worse. No doubt about it

The difference being old Cale would’ve signed a three-year extension quicker than a Clayton Oliver handball in traffic if one were presented to him.

This Hogan bloke can’t wait to see the back of the joint.

Reading rlthat article. Freo are weird. They want and need hogan, playing this weird game won't help when get a better deal. The deal will get done, everyone knows that. We'll get pick 5 and a second round.Ā

Pick 5 for May and KK.

Happy days ??

Wonder if they'd give us pick 19 if we added one of our other picks as well.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.

  • AFLW REPORT: Collingwood

Expectations of a comfortable win for Narrm at Victoria Park quickly evaporated as the match turned into a tense nail-biter. After a confident start by the Demons, the Pies piled on pressure and forced red and blue supporters to hold their collective breath until after the final siren. In a frenetic, physical contest, it was Captain Kate’s clutch last quarter goal and a missed shot from Collingwood’s Grace Campbell after the siren which sealed a thrilling 4-point win. Finally, Narrm supporters could breathe easy.

  • CASEY: Williamstown

The Casey Demons issued a strong statement to the remaining teams in the VFL race with a thumping 76-point victory in their Elimination Final against Williamstown. This was the sixth consecutive win for the Demons, who stormed into the finals from a long way back with scalps including two of the teams still in flag contention. Senior Coach Taylor Whitford would have been delighted with the manner in which his team opened its finals campaign with high impact after securing the lead early in the game when Jai Culley delivered a precise pass to a lead from Noah Yze, who scored his first of seven straight goals for the day. Yze kicked his second on the quarter time siren, by which time the Demons were already in control. The youngster repeated the dose in the second term as the Seagulls were reduced to mere

Narrm time isn’t a standard concept—it’s the time within the traditional lands of Narrm, the Woiwurrung name for Melbourne. Indigenous Round runs for rounds 3 and 4 and is a powerful platform to recognise the contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in sport, community, and Australian culture. This week, suburban footy returns to the infamous Victoria Park as the mighty Narrm take on the Collingwood Magpies at 1:05pm Narrm time, Sunday 31 August. Come along if you can.

The Dees demolished the Saints in a comprehensive 74-pointshellacking. Ā We filled our boots with percentage — now a whopping 520.7% — and sit atop the AFLW ladder. Melbourne’s game plan is on fire, and the competition is officially on notice.

  • REPORT: Collingwood

It was yet another disappointing outcome in a disappointing year, with Melbourne missing the finals for the second consecutive season. Indeed, it wasn’t even close, as the Demons' tally of seven wins was less than half the number required to rank among the top eight teams in the competition. When the dust of the game settled and supporters reflected on Melbourne's Ā six-point defeat at the hands of close game specialists Collingwood, Max Gawn's words about his team’s unfulfilled potential rang true … well, almost.Ā
