Nicholls just paid Boak a mark that was knocked out as soon as it hits his hands and the filth player got all ball.

Nicholls does that all the time.

Also a master of blowing the whistle to pay an uncontested mark BEFORE player has actually marked it, then paying it anyway or finding some other reason to give them a free when they drop it.

Dud decision. The guy was right here too.

Was a [censored] awful decision. Of course it had to be that moron Nicholls who paid it. Who else?

And I can't get my hopes up about Fremantle winning because I just know it won't happen... but geez, that would be the highlight of the weekend if it eventuated. If that happened, and Adelaide beat North, every other result becomes irrelevant and the top 8 teams are locked in.

Would be the AFL's worst nightmare, so rest assured they'll get Geelong over the line.

Chrome dome strikes again!

Yeah would be stupid to get hopes up about Freo. Can still see Geelong flogging them.

Port could still go out with 2 losses, if Geelong won next week

How many 7m kicks are paid as marks these days? Anyone else noticing this?

Freo having a crack, the joy.

Unless it's us kicking them

Yes!

Umpires seem to be getting lazy. Paying marks early, paying short marks, allowing players to run too far without a bounce...etc

Maybe they should get back to umpiring the basic stuff instead of looking for and making all the dramatic calls

You’d hope so. Where’s that rain they were talking about?

I’m at the game, no rain, plenty of wind and bloody cold

Have you been dragged along? Haha. A few dark clouds around by the look of it but that’s it.

Just imagine, we get 13 wins and Geelong knock us out of the top 8 by percentage. Would that not be the most infuriating end to the season imaginable, considering our two losses against the pricks?

I can't think of any ending more heartbreaking for the MFC, which means it will definitely happen. This team always finds creative new ways to plunge the knife deeper into our hearts.

Not watching the game, but I'm not surprised. Nicholls is blind cheating scum. How he remains employed is one of the greatest mysteries of the universe. He's influenced more AFL matches than the f*cking senior coaches have this year!
