lol Nah, he was using it as an excuse to tell people where is is.

Good luck to him.

?

Guess what? The temp is 29, light breeze and not a cloud in the sky. Mai Tai's are flowing. Dees are winning does life get any better?

First thing coach mentioned at the huddle was how they've whacked us time and time again today and we've stood up to it. Jkh also got special mention for his efforts

The vfl site has live scores, goal by goal

Rather be here and I would have to put down my Mai Tai?

Is Tyson playing ‘a role’ or just not getting a heap of it?

Dec in everything this quarter

Pedo been superb

The commentators are mistaking Dec for Petty just like we do!

Joel Smith knocked out in a collision going for the ball bit unlucky there.

We're dominating possession this quarter just not converting it to scoreboard pressure

Its Pedersen

Pedo takes a mark on the wing and Kos the back of his head on landing Sheesh

Pedo falls back hard and hits head on the ground, knocked out cold. He’s walking but it’s not good.

That really sucks especially after his dads appearance on Open Mike last week.

Actually Smith back on the ground with head bandaged up good to see

Hey OD how is the Lava Flow?

so there goes smith as our replacement for a few weeks :(

oh it was pedo. darn you original poster.

Shocking luck for the Ped. Sounds as if he would have replaced Tim Smith (if needed)

Anyone at the ground with impressions on which tall defender looks likely?

Hearing Weidemans name on the radio a lot since quarter time.

The concussion changes nothing.

If anyone comes back in for Smith it will be Weideman.

  • CASEY: Essendon

Casey’s unbeaten run was extended for at least another fortnight after the Demons overran a persistent Essendon line up by 29 points at ETU Stadium in Port Melbourne last night. After conceding the first goal of the evening, Casey went on a scoring spree from about ten minutes in, with five unanswered majors with its fleet of midsized runners headed by the much improved Paddy Cross who kicked two in quick succession and livewire Ricky Mentha who also kicked an early goal. Leading the charge was recruit of the year, Riley Bonner while Bailey Laurie continued his impressive vein of form. With Tom Campbell missing from the lineup, Will Verrall stepped up to the plate demonstrating his improvement under the veteran ruckman’s tutelage. The Demons were looking comfortable for much of the second quarter and held a 25-point lead until the Bombers struck back with two goals in the shadows of half time. On the other side of the main break their revival continued with first three goals of the half. Harry Sharp, who had been quiet scrambled in the Demons’ first score of the third term to bring the margin back to a single point at the 17 minute mark and the game became an arm-wrestle for the remainder of the quarter and into the final moments of the last.
