Flipside: A professional would never be in the situtation where assualting anyone, let alone a cop, at 1am outside a nightclub is a possibility.

 

True but unfortunately if your an AFL player in Adelaide and your on Hindley St you will get mugs trying to mock you. I dare say thats what occured in this instance.

Can be viewed that way by the courts but they on many occasions give the players a wrap on the knuckles

In 2006 Heath Black escaped with a fine for incidents at the Perth Cup where he was charged with Assaulting a female police officer and also charged with AOBH.

Paddy should know better his father worked as an APLO with Wapol for many years

May be its Essendons fault?

After all their did give him a lot of strange and mysterious unknown vitamins. Totally legal substances of course, which Mr. Danks can prove. It just Ryder can have a bad reaction these vitamins or so his legal team has told him.

He argument is that is was accidental as he was trying to defend his brother. The Policemen was behind him when contact was made (allegedly).

    Demonland Trackwatcher Gator ventured down the freeway to bring you his observations from Friday morning's Match Simulation out at Casey Fields. Rehab: Jake Lever and Charlie Spargo running laps.  Lever was running short distances at a fast click as well as having kick to kick with a trainer. He seems unimpeded.     Whichever way you look at it, the Melbourne Football Club’s 2024 season can only be characterized as the year of its fall from grace. Whispering Jack looks back at the season from hell that was.
