Oh, the misery continues, I'm re-living the nightmare of two weeks ago,.

My second team has been infected by the "old gone missing in a quarter trick."

Had we won rnd 23, we would be there instead of Ess...a scary thought...and we would not have Viney or Hogan.

Not feeling so bad about our rnd 23 loss...sorry if that sounds sacrilegious but I don't think I could bear another annihilation at Sydney's hands.  It was the loss to them that derailed our season...the infamous round 15!

...and, I'm certainly enjoying the bombers crash landing

Parker and Kennedy are unbelievable, they take contested marks, they win clearances and they kick goals. The manner in which they go about it is actually great to watch.

Quote of the day ET for mine

How ordinary is Parish...11 disposals @ 45.5% eff'y.  Overwhelmed by the occasion, perhaps.

We certainly made the right call taking Oliver ahead of Parish!  Nothing would overwhelm him.

Tipper has been unsighted or whatever you call him.

Suck a fat one drug cheats

Hows that movie looking brendan goddard?

12 players rubbed out for drug cheating.

Finish last.

Get pick 1 and put into bottom 6 so play bottom 5 clubs twice.

Make finals on percentage.

Twats

I could really enjoy the 2nd half of this game !!  Well done Bummers, you made the finals, a fairytale effort. You're so much better than any team outside the 8. Everyone's 2nd favourite team blah blah blah. Let's hope for two more 10 goal quarters from the swannies , just to take the shine off Essendon's resurrection.

This should be fun, the comedy hour has commenced.

Including Hibberd? Just saying.

Hibberd saw the light......

I thank the lord every day we moved up in the draft to pick superstar Clayton Oliver.

Darcy Parish would be a whipping boy at Melbourne, he is so vanilla.

Such a great career move

They panned to Nathan Jones in the stands, looks like he's one player that received the finals email.

Forget the haunting of Round 11 — we’ve got this. Melbourne returns to its inner-city fortress for its milestone 100th AFLW match, carrying a formidable 10–2 record at IKON Stadium. Brisbane’s record at the venue is more balanced: 4 wins, 4 losses and a draw.

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.
