Reported on 3AW tonight that Carlton submitted a report to the AFL re Rowe's postmatch headaches. Carlton dogged on us. A club I genuinely hate.

So Rowe was fine to play out the game, got "delayed concussion" and is fine to play this week. The only time he was concussed seems to be for the MRP report.

It's funny how people see things differently.  I loved his response. I was thinking "don't sit there and apologise for your actions to a fat slob who has no idea what's it's like on an AFL footy

Crow's doctors must have given a 'no symptoms' type of report - classed as 'low' impact.

The hate I felt for Carlton last week has just gone up a few more notches!

Just read the outcome for Ryder regarding the MRP. What a bloody joke.. King Hit and only misses a week. The MRP are pathetic. I cant even find the words to describe them really. Disappointing doesn't even come close

There will come the day I hope, that we announce to this sport that we're back, were fair dinkum and not to be messed with anymore.

On that day our beloved club will take issue with the AFL and its clown-joys , the MRP and take it to task and tear it a new one.

It NEEDS to happen.

( It  was the day Brian Roet put paid to Ray Baxter's claim to the centre half forward spot in the Victorian team. I played cricket with Ray with Gardiner Ewing in the mid 70's and he confirmed that Doctor Roet had fixed him good and proper that day.)

The Rowe one however is a joke. He was ok to play the game out with "concussion" because he wasn't actually concussed until "after the game"??? Yet he is fine to play this week?
A late onset of concussion should be treated with great precaution. Seems odd that he's been deemed fit to play.

    Demonland Trackwatcher Gator ventured down the freeway to bring you his observations from Friday morning's Match Simulation out at Casey Fields. Rehab: Jake Lever and Charlie Spargo running laps.  Lever was running short distances at a fast click as well as having kick to kick with a trainer. He seems unimpeded.     Whichever way you look at it, the Melbourne Football Club’s 2024 season can only be characterized as the year of its fall from grace. Whispering Jack looks back at the season from hell that was.
