This is good for the tigers over confidence.

I like them to remain mediocre .

and I'd like Carlton to lose every game .

Atrocious defensive game so far. I'm ashamed that we lost to Carlton last year. Makes it hard to sledge Carlton fans.

Try "You can see why our players didn't take you guys seriously last year"

weird,,, all the online scores stopped at the 20:37 mark of the second quarter... even footywire that Little Goffy kindly steered us towards

Updated scores would be appreciated

Tigers will surprise a few this year.

I put these two together posts in my head and got a really uncomfortable creepy result.

These guys seem to be still running......46 to 83 Half time

For anyone unable to watch, get radio, or the AFL website, and now even footywiere stuffing up -

Richmond are winning comfortably at the moment, 83-46, but only because Carlton can't be bothered getting numbers to contests consistently, or getting numbers back to cover the turnover breaks, or getting to the fall of the ball in marking contests.

Second half has just started, and the first few minutes sum up the game in total. Carlton let Nankervis loose about 10 out, but the Tigers bollocksed the handball. Carlton would have whipped it to the other end of the ground except they didn't offer any leads to get out of defensive 50, now it has come back to Riewoldt who kicked the goal, which traditionally means the game is over. (anyone else noticed that Jack Riewoldt only kicks goals when they don't matter anymore?)

I wonder if Dylan will play more than Jack - now that would be a travesty...

Afl sites back up by no live match radio feed.

It's up but scores stuck at the 20:37 minute mark in the second quarter.

I loved the Groundhog Day Movie ... but to be stuck midway in this game is cruel and unusual punishment !!

Did I just hear the correctly?!?!?!

The brown baggers retired number 5 for a season in tribute to Judd's career with them?! WTF! No wonder they are chit.

2024 Player Reviews: #1 Steven May

The years are rolling by but May continued to be rock solid in a key defensive position despite some injury concerns. He showed great resilience in coming back from a nasty rib injury and is expected to continue in that role for another couple of seasons. 2024 Player Reviews: #4 Judd McVee

It was another strong season from McVee who spent most of his time mainly at half back but he also looked at home on a few occasions when he was moved into the midfield. There could be more of that in 2025. 2024 Player Reviews: #3 Christian Salem

The luckless Salem suffered a hamstring injury against the Lions early in the season and, after missing a number of games, he was never at his best. He was also inconvenienced by minor niggles later in the season. This was a blow for the club that sorely needed him to fill gaps in the midfield at times as well as to do his best work in defence.
