I wouldn't go that far.

He would be a handy depth player, but unless he came for free, I don't see him as an upgrade on the depth we currently have.

He's a better version of Vanderberg who spends more time in the midfield. Would bring a lot more than a lot of the 18-22 picked players we have each week

He's contracted until the end of next season.

Reported today on afl.com.au that Cam is considering his options despite being contracted for 2017.

We need outside midfielders and if he can show this sort of stuff regularly, there is a place for him on the wing at the Melbourne Football Club.

The fact he is contracted means we will need to cough something up to get him, and I really don't see him as an upgrade on anything we currently have.  With the impending trade for Hibberd, and the return of Melksham, it will release others like Hunt and Salem to play on those wings with someone like Billy Stretch.  

I don't see a need for him at all.

Tall! Strong!! Fast!!! Would've thought that by now Picket Fence would be insisting that we'll never win a premiership unless we recruit him.

Anyway...

Hasn't done a whole lot yet, but could be of interest if the trade cost is low in the event that Adelaide see it as an 'amicable parting'.

It is after all cheaper for the footy department to take someone who has already been through those first couple of preseasons of teaching kids how to not drop a weight on their forehead and pick out a good diet.

he looks a good size and has promise, but so too have a host of others that we've recruited who have had outstanding form in second string competition, but haven't been able to go up a level.
