Hogan - a commanding presence

Watts - not on game

Dawes - season's best performance

Viney - bullocking and effective

Lumumba - hit and miss

Brayshaw - limited on flank

Gawn - far from disgraced

Tyson - finally on track

Cross - played important role

Garland - loose and lethargic

Michie - just a game

Vince - disappointingly well held

McDonald - never imbued confidence

Neal- Bullen - provided some life

Grimes - loose and slow

Garlett - mistakes proved costly

Howe - did just enough

Jetta - no heroics today

M.Jones - surprisingly provided run

Harmes - rough, not ready

You have to be careful with lines. If you're not careful you wind up with squares, and once that starts it's all geometry from then on.

Bit harsh on McDonald Led the 1% Again

Brayshaw " Learning his craft" Listening to Roos on SUnday night when comparing Hogan to Brayshaw > Hogan is playing in the position he is going to be in all his career. Brayshaw is in the side to "learn", because eventually he will be in the midfield.

Surproded at how low our possession count was, yet we scored well .

    After an agonizingly long off-season the 2025 AFL Premiership Season is almost upon us and the Demons have their first practice hit out against the Kangaroos in a match simulation out at Arden Street. The Demons will take on the Kangaroos in match simulation play, starting from 10am AEDT and broadcast live on Foxtel and Kayo.     Demonlander The Analyser was the sole Trackwatcher out at Casey Fields today to bring you the following observations from this mornings preseason training session. Training  was at Casey today. It consisted of a match simulation for one half  and then a free choice activity time.     Demonland Trackwatcher Gator ventured down the freeway to bring you his observations from Friday morning's Match Simulation out at Casey Fields. Rehab: Jake Lever and Charlie Spargo running laps.  Lever was running short distances at a fast click as well as having kick to kick with a trainer. He seems unimpeded.
