Going to take the morning off again, here is something for you all, especially for the country and interstate posters, as you know I can talk to the players, if there is a question you would like answered, and I can get to the particular player, put it here, if rubbish appears I won't bother, I'll print them off in the morning

Great idea Saty!

Ask them all if they'll do it this weekend for Viney!

Great thanks for the opportunity can you ask Jimmy Toumpas how he feels his form in the vfl has been of late and is he getting frustrated not playing afl while younger guys Salem and JKH make the most of their opportunities?

Master, your question was so important, I rang him, he said the cat didn't work, so he does it to bring a little tension into your life, that seems to be working

will be there again too, if I can get the morning off. Will be a media circus me thinks

Thanks for the opportunity Saty. Not a question for a player, but I'd be interested to know from your observation of the the drills, who seems most likely to get a call up if Jack's appeal is disallowed (Evans, Rielly, Clisby or someone else?).

Can you tell Bail to start the game like he did last week with 4 clearances..and a goal. Thx SATY

yeah i'll be there, very keen to see the reaction/everyone getting around Jack and the feel going into a game we feel we have a big chance in for once

I'm thinking I might head to training tomorrow, go via the demon shop first and pick something up for mothers day (what says "I love my mum" more than MFC merch!) then head on over.

I'm also keen to see what sort of a circus will be at Gosch's Paddock (I really think it needs to be renamed!).

Hey saty, can you ask cross if he rates the demons kids higher than the doggies?

I would be interested to know from Tyson how Roos compares to Sheedy, given the stature of both as coaches. And I live in Ethiopia, so does that mean my questions get the highest priority ;)

I'd like to know from the Toump what the coaches are asking of him to force his way back in. Is it just dominate or play a roll, something more specific?

Hi Saty. If you can try, it would be great to know how Clisby and the Toump train? Wondering how long before Clisby gets a game. Expect Toump to be a couple more after the VFL report. Not too far by the sounds of it. Tell Bernie we love him!!!

Ask if they have any excess hot groupie types they could handball my way.

  • REPORT: St. Kilda

When looking back at the disastrous end to the game, I find it a waste of time to concentrate on the final few moments when utter confusion reigned. Forget the 6-6-6 mess, the failure to mark the most dangerous man on the field, the inability to seal the game when opportunities presented themselves to Clayton Oliver, Harry Petty and Charlie Spargo, the vision of match winning players of recent weeks in Kozzy Pickett and Jake Melksham spending helpless minutes on the interchange bench and the powerlessness of seizing the opportunity to slow the tempo of the game down in those final moments.

  • CASEY: Sandringham

The Casey Demons rebounded from a sluggish start to manufacture a decisive win against Sandringham in the final showdown, culminating a quarter century of intense rivalry between the fluctuating alignments of teams affiliated with AFL clubs Melbourne and St Kilda, as the Saints and the Zebras prepare to forge independent paths in 2026. After conceding three of the first four goals of the match, the Demons went on a goal kicking rampage instigated by the winning ruck combination of Tom Campbell with 26 hitouts, 26 disposals and 13 clearances and his apprentice Will Verrall who contributed 20 hitouts. This gave first use of the ball to the likes of Jack Billings, Bayley Laurie, Riley Bonner and Koltyn Tholstrup who was impressive early. By the first break they had added seven goals and took a strong grip on the game. The Demons were well served up forward early by Mitch Hardie and, as the game progressed, Harry Sharp proved a menace with a five goal performance. Emerging young forwards Matthew Jefferson and Luker Kentfield kicked two each but the former let himself down with some poor kicking for goal.
Young draft talent Will Duursma showed the depth of his talent and looks well out of reach for Melbourne this year. Kalani White was used sparingly and had a brief but uneventful stint in the ruck.

  • PREGAME: West Coast

The Demons return to the scene of the crime on Saturday to face the wooden spooners the Eagles at the Docklands. Who comes in and who goes out? Like moving deck chairs on the Titanic.

  • GAMEDAY: St. Kilda

It's Game Day and there are only 5 games to go. Can the Demons find some consistency and form as they stagger towards the finish line of another uninspiring season?
