Dead buried cremated?

Well you'll never post there again if it continues to track the way it's going?

Looks to me like the formation of an oligarchy which will be as relevant as that of Hutt River Province.

I dont think people who cared and invested time in the site give a toss what your point is Stuie. Do you even have to ruin this thread with your non stop rubbish, please spare us

Stuie why do you have so much interest in this, I've posted a few times but that's maybe because I was, up until 4 or so years ago, a regular poster. Let me assure you if I hadn't posted on there I wouldn't even be bothered opening this thread more than once.

What's you problem, these guys have lost their home, the place they go to all the time to speak to their mates about the Dees so perhaps a little bit of understanding might be in order. Ology is not everyone's cup of tea but it means a lot to those that regularly post/read there.

Button up.

Still no answers. That's all I want. I've said how bad I feel for the regulars that it's shut down, but I'm still yet to hear how this evil guy that's taken over is going to ruin MFC and make heaps of cash. That is what I don't get and why I don't understand the panic about it.

No its alive Ronnie. But if you think this place is Strawberry Fields, then those clowns are about to turn Ology into Willy Wonkas Chocolate Factory.

It will be dripping in saccharine. Your brand of caustically holding the club to account will not be welcome.

Give this place a chance. Its not the starry eyed teenage retreat we thought it once was.

LOL... How much do you think that site is actually worth? Double of nothing is nothing.

You asked the question, fanta pants.

If someone is willing to pay for it, there is money to be had.

Now run off and die somewhere like a good boy, will you?

We know you dont get it or understand it as you have not been involved in the site at all, if you managed to read the many threads over there before they were deleted by the Molnars you might have more of an idea of why people are so angry. The Molnars who took over that site are nothing but parasites trying to profit of others hard work

Right, so in other words, you have no idea.

Thought so.

What hard work? Your threads and posts? How will they make the money? No one seems able to answer this despite their anger.

Oh right, a concern troll.

You're still trolling this thread nonetheless.

If there's going to be any upside to this it would be having more CIP posts here. One of the good ones from what I remember of your posts.

I was one of the first people to help with demonology in the late 90's when Vaughan was running the site mate, to see it drop in to the hands of people like the [censored] clan is very disapointing. If you had been involved in the site in any way you might undertsand the anger of people whho have been visiting or contributing to that site for over a decade

You might as well just rename this thread Demonology.

The boys club is ripping into anyone who expresses a differing opinion the same way it did over there.

Yeah look I DO get that. I've said all along I understand why people are devastated about what's happened to the place, I'm a member there myself, (was the first place I found actually), but I just don't understand why people are saying it's going to effect MFC and they're going to make money off it.

No, this is classic Demonland. One person with an agenda to be a pain in the r's takes over a thread, unintelligently engages others and it soon ends up 50+ pages long with little discussion of the actual issue at hand.

All I've done is ask questions. What happens in response is I get shouted down and called a troll, but no one actually answers the question with any factual information.

THAT'S classic Demonland.

There has been a lot of statistical and historical input in to Ology, in particular work done by Graeme Smith, and this work was supposed to be available to all concerned when they had re written the site.

it was all about the history of the club and the history of the players; this work will now, not be available unless the new owners allow it and it really doesn't belong to them or in fact the previous owner.

That's my understanding of the situation unless someone wants to correct me.

Now you've had your fun so zip it.

Unless you really have a valid point to raise or something of interest to contribute?

Just a reminder folks that this is not the time and place to become embroiled in the relative merits of either site or for posters to abuse each other.

We're happy for this thread to run to help repair what's been done to Demonology but it's really up to the membership, the new owners and hopefully the old to sort this out and we hope that it does get sorted out to the satisfaction of those people who have posted on Demonlogy, some for more than a decade.

Please don't force us to close this thread down because it's become a place for people to conduct their own irrelevant and trivial bunfights.

Thanks.

I'd be happy to hear it.

No one can answer 'factually' because the people who have taken over the site have not come clean about it. If you are a member over there and feel this issue is critical to your thinking then perhaps go over and ask?

You can only express an opinion if it agrees with the boys club? Or you have to die? Fanta Pants? How ridiculous

This is what they wantt to preserve?

Thats quite ironic considering the crap you post

i thought this forum was to discuss the Melbourne football club

not for a bunch of grown men to cry like babies and attack each other over issues on some other website

this is pathetic stuff

Yep, I'll leave it at what I said and not enter further. I trust others will do likewise?

Demonland Trackwatcher Gator attended training out at Casey Fields to bring you the following observations from Preseason Training. GATOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS There were 5 in the main rehab group, namely Gawn, Petracca, Fullarton, Woewodin and Lever.  Laurie was running laps by himself, as was Jefferson.  Chandler, as has been reported, had his arm in a sling.  Lindsay did a bit of lap running later on. Some of the ''rehab 5'' participated in non contact drills and b

There were a number of Demonland Trackwatchers at Gosch's Paddock this morning to bring you their observations from Preseason Training. KEV MARTIN'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS They were going hard at each other. The sims were in two 15 minute blocks. The second block finished a few minutes early, they gathered and had another 7 minutes at it. I think they were asked to compete, as they would play against an opposition. There was plenty of niggle, between some of them. At the end o

Better late than never … and quite frankly, there’s very little to report other than that training took place at Casey Fields this morning, that Tracc was there nursing his rib injury and that some photographs are on the club’s social media including this one of Clarrie in Raging Bull stance that gives rise for confidence. The other news is that the club has a new train on player in 185cm Dandenong Stingrays midfielder Noah Hibbins-Hargreaves (love the hyphenated name which is just so fitti

Welcome back to Demonland for those like me who have been on vacation. I’m posting this with some trepidation because of a certain amount of uncertainty surrounding the return of preseason training in 2025 after a flurry of weddings including those of our coach, one of our superstar players and a former premiership champion player and bloke, not to mention the recent mysterious incident that occurred on the Mornington Peninsula.  I believe that the team reassembles this morning at Casey Fie

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session. BLWNBA'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I arrived at around 1015 and the squad was already out on the track. The rehab group consisted of XL, McAdam, Melksham, Spargo and Sestan. Lever was also on restricted duties and appeared to be in runners.  The main group was doing end-to-end transition work in a simulated match situation. Ball mov
