I really don't see the point in making a comparison

Lets get real and concentrate on what is happening today and tomorrow

We have made some really bad decisions lets not dwell on it

Today we showed an AFL standard effort, but our skills and decision making were shocking at times, that's been the difference in probably 3 games for me now, we were capable of beating, Brisbane, Carlton and now the Tigers if we had abit more polish and even just clark and not the other injured players out there

I feel this is the biggest knock i can give on Neeld, we have played 8 games, we should have beaten gold coast, and could have won the three mentioned above, we are possibly only polish and injuries and abit of confidence away from having 5-6 wins,

How can Neeld say we are five years away, he is resigned to defeats we don't have to accept.

Whilst these stats look damning, don't be too taken in. A sample size of 22 matches (for DB) compared to one that is 7 matches (for MN) won't give you fair statistics: the larger the sample size, the more reliable the results (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Law_of_large_numbers). Because MN's sample size is so small, we can't really trust those stats when comparing to DB's, even when looking at averages, and even when looking for trends. Can anyone post the same stats for the 2012 season, so we can have a fair comparison?

The Uncontested Possession Differential this year of around a hundred remains from last season.

It was there again today. We should also note that the 2009 numbers relate to a team which was being performance-manipulated.

After getting flogged by Gold Coast, Neeld put himself on the former coaches list.

Absolutely, he should be gone already.

Comparing Bailey and Neeld why, they are both DUDS, a lot like some of our draft picks.

Neeld needs to go and we need to get a coach in there that knows whats needed.

    TROUBLE by The Oracle

Situated roughly in Australia's geographic centre, Alice Springs has for many years been a troubled town suffering from intermittent crime waves, particularly among its younger residents. There was a time a little while ago when things were so bad that some even doubted the annual AFL game in the town would proceed.  Now, the hope is that this Sunday’s Melbourne vs Fremantle encounter will bring joy to the residents of the town and that through the sport and the example of the participants,

    GALLANT by KC from Casey

The world “gallant” is not one that is readily acceptable to losing teams in our game of football so when it was used in the context of the Casey Demons’ loss to Sandringham in yesterday’s match at Casey Fields, it left a bitter taste in the mouth.  The Demons went into the game against the St Kilda affiliated Zebras with the advantage of playing on their home turf (not that this has been a major asset in 2024) and with very little else going in their favour. The Saints have close to a full

    MEANWHILE by Whispering Jack

… meanwhile, at about the same time that Narrm was putting its feet on the accelerator to obliterate the long-suffering Euro-Yroke combination, I heard someone mention in passing that Kuwarna was leading Waalitj Marawar by a whopping 46 to 1 halfway through the second quarter of their game over in Adelaide. “What is football coming to?” I asked myself.  In front of my eyes, the Demons were smashing it through the midfield, forcing turnovers and getting the footy to their forwards who w
