The rules regarding substitutes

Just some clarificiation regarding subs:

- A substitute nominated before a game will wear a green vest, while a player subbed out during a game will put on a red vest;

- A substituted player can take no further part in the match;

- Clubs will not have to name their substitute until final teams are lodged 90 minutes before the bounce;

- Clubs that make on-field errors similar to those seen when the interchange system was recently overhauled will receive on-field penalties;

- Clubs that flout the vest rules will be penalised financially

Anderson is going to love all this-I can see it now...just another way for the AFL to fill the Coffers. We do need to pay for Vlad's next Chin Roll (Lunches are expensive!!) B)

This is great. It gives us greater flexibility in terms of last minute changes if the weather changes or if we have someone who isn't quite 100%.

While I hate with a passion the constant changing of rules, I think we have a number of very good endurance players in our side who will benefit from this, and it won't hurt our run towards a flag.

Also Scully is going to dominate the sh*t out of 2nd & 4th quarters

Now a Paisley vest i still have in the Wardrobe at home, made from Leather!!! It's superb, But not quite Anderson's taste i am guessing!!

Will there be a home and a separate away version of the green and red vests.

If not surely there would be a clash between the two sides. Possibly a light green for away and a dark green for home etc. Although knowing Anderson the away green and red will probably have to be predominately white.

The bench will be a kaleidoscope of colour - I can't wait (not)
