Jim Stynes on A Current Affair

Thanks will watch it. ACA has been doing personal interviews lately. Did anyone see the double page spread today in the herald sun. Jim is doing some potent stuff to hang in there. Drinking your own urine is no means feat. Scary to read he was told he had only 9 months to live when diagnosed. Im just hoping he can get rid of all this cancer crap. I think it will be a long long process.

It is why the MFC must really go for ABSOLUTE broke next year.

Our President Jimmy is living on Borrowed time, sorry but that's a fact. Every day he wakes up is Gold.

I want Jimmy to see and Enjoy seeing a Full MCG where the Demons play deep into september.... B)

Oh my god. I just got through that interview, im not sure I can sit through the whole doco. Its justs sucks and its wrong what is happening to Jim. Basically he revealed he has had 16 tumours removed all up. There are still some in his brain and he has got some in his stomach. Which is definitely not good.

Sam says in the doco he will eventaully die from this. Jim said she said I probably shouldnt have said that but Jim wants her to be honest.

His son told everyone that his dad was having his brain removed when Jim was having an op to remove more tumours.

Tracey asked him about the whole drinking your urine. Jim tried to explain but Tracey just couldnt get her head around it.Jims said he will try anything from people he trusts.

He nevers complains and says why me. Then Tracey told everyone to watch the doco and Jim is ana amazing person. I just hope he is with us for a while yet.

I've got a mate who is a Doctor at Cabrini Hospital and he says Jimmy is in real trouble, I would reckon the best thing that could happen is he fights it the way he has been and will probably get another 2-5 years of life. I dread the day when it will end but from what I hear it's inevitable.

Sad but true. Just enjoy each day we have of Jimmy leading the way...!

He's an inspiration.

Always has been.

Imagine the reaction if we defied all odds and had an AMAZING season!!!! It'd show that the MFC truly is all heart and soul. And that our hearts really do beat true for those who are all red and blue.

2011 Dees... it's on.

Bloody Oath who says we must wait 3 years. Just take a look at our 2 results against the Filth in 2010.

B)

It can be done if enough people want it done, and those people are all working together in the right direction.

    BOILED LOLLIES by The Oracle

In the space of a month Melbourne has gone from chocolates to boiled lollies in terms of its standing as a candidate for the AFL premiership.  The club faces its moment of truth against a badly bruised up Collingwood at the MCG. A win will give it some respite but even then, it won’t be regarded particularly well being against an opponent carrying the burden of an injured playing list. A loss would be a disaster. The Demons have gone from a six/two win/loss ratio and a strong percentag

CLEAN HANDS by KC from Casey

The Casey Demons headed into town and up Sydney Road to take on the lowly Coburg Lions who have been perennial VFL easy beats and sitting on one win for the season. Last year, Casey beat them in a practice match when resting their AFL listed players. That’s how bad they were. Nobody respected them on Saturday and clearly not the Demons who came to the game with 22 players (ten MFC), but whether they came out to play is another matter because for the most part, their intensity was lacking an

    ALAS SPRINGS by Whispering Jack

I got the word on Saturday from someone who knows someone inside the Fremantle camp that the Dockers were pumped and supremely confident about getting the W the next day against Melbourne at TIO Traeger Park in the red heart of the country. I was informed that the Dockers were extremely confident for a number of reasons. They had beaten the Demons on their home territory at the MCG at their last two meetings so they didn’t see beating them at Alice Springs as a problem. They belie

    TROUBLE by The Oracle

Situated roughly in Australia's geographic centre, Alice Springs has for many years been a troubled town suffering from intermittent crime waves, particularly among its younger residents. There was a time a little while ago when things were so bad that some even doubted the annual AFL game in the town would proceed.  Now, the hope is that this Sunday’s Melbourne vs Fremantle encounter will bring joy to the residents of the town and that through the sport and the example of the participants,
