Freo whooping Essendon... no chance of us losing the number 1 pick now. Welcome to the MFC Tom Scully. It has been a nightmarish second half to the season, and I'm gutted that I found myself in a position of barracking against my beloved Demons. 1 & 2 would be nice and we should still get them, however I will be barracking for us hard against the Saints. Well done to DB and co. for delivering us the best young talent in the land. Would have been nice to avoid the wooden spoon and still get the number 1 pick but in a few years (fingers crossed) we will have a premiership. Lets go Dees.

Thank God. Only 120 minutes remaining of our seasons of hell. I for one can't wait for November 28 and then to Season 2010.

What a stupid position to find ourselves in that a thread is started where supporters are happy that we have secured the wooden spoon. Change the system, Vlad!

Happy though. Makes next week more entertaining. I also dislike Hawthorn much less than Essendon

Happy that pick 1 is definitely in the bag, though I don't think it's been in doubt for a good few weeks now.

Only one more week of this miserable year to go.
