You can have the best ruckman in the league, but if your midfield can't get the ball or kick, then what's the point?

How many premierships did Jeff White bring us?

You can have great success with ruckman you pick late in the draft or as a rookie. Wasting an early pick on a beanpole who might take 5 years to develop, if at all, seems silly.

nice nice!! taking the indegenous player in Jetta definately worth a punt given the success of Davey and Cyril Rioli in recent years!! we definately need a quick crumber to put pressure on down there...

I'm more excited about our pick 51 than 17 and 19...

This draft was touted as the big KP draft, and we picked up one spine player, plus one standard sized mid and a couple of tiiiiny little blokes. I have an awful feeling we drafted Blease and Strauss because we need pace and kicking skill.

I think the Swift thing will hurt us too.

Not sure what to make of Strauss or Bennell.

I like that they'll have competition for the role as speedy crumber in the forward line, hopefully get them all the lift their game (especially Flash who was dropped off)

Rapt with the Demons selections! Alot of excitement there. I thought we drafted really well even though havnt heard of the players drafted with later picks.

Spewn we didnt get Rory Sloane. Great one on one player and competitor.

PSD Pick hopefully gets us that one youngster who slipped through. I think there could be quite a few. Rockcliff just too mention one. Could be a great pick up for our forward line. De Boer still there aswell. And Clancee Pearce who I thought played great for WA 18's as a key backmen. Very surprised he was'nt picked up.
