I cant believe some of the third rate players you people want at our club.

As if hearing the names of Ryan Murphy and Tim Boyle every single trade week isnt nauseating enough, now some of you are suggesting we go for Mark Seaby!

We are supposed to be getting BETTER, not WORSE.

Seaby would be one of the 20 worst players in the comp.

Seems there has been an influx of new posters on Demonland just in time for trade week, and my goodness the site is a lot worse off.

So if you were in charge of the club, list your trades!!

The fact is that I wouldnt be bringing in hacks like the three players I mentioned.

And neither will Dean Bailey.

I just remembered that school holidays have been on, which probably explains the laughable posts and trade ideas that have been coughed up.

Would take pick 80 for him.

Seaby is still 100% better than Jamar though.

They are both ordinary.

thankyou very much

finally someone realises that seaby, who still manages to average more possessions and kick more goals- plays about a third of the game time that jamar plays...FFS, jamar is crap

Well, it's monday 6th October, and trade week has officially begun, and the first trade is in!

Collingwood have advised they will trade Strauchnie and pick 29 for Yze Magic!

Jamar is the only player in the comp to of never had more than 5 possessions in a game. fact!

Crap! There have been plenty of players not to get more than 5 Possies a game. Where did you pull that one from Batman!

Mark Jamar's career high possession count is 14. Never let the truth get in the way of a good story though.

Welcome back Y_M.;)

Check out this comparrision on jamar and mark seaby (2008 stats).

Jamar vs Seaby

Much of a muchness. The only two telling stats are that Jamar averages more hitouts, and Seaby gives away less frees.

Well, that's just a rubbish statement.

Check stats before quoting them, moron.

Try 'AFL tables', 'Footywire', or, you know, the Melbourne Football Club website also has some stats.

Had a few games this year with a dozen posessions, 20+ hit outs, and half a dozen tackles (he gets the most tackles of any AFL ruckman, for what it is worth)

Oddly enough, the good stats came when White was out.

Jamar is far from a champion, but I get tired of the random, unbacked abuse thrown at players here.

You're still a tool... but ultimately, I agree with this. I'm underwhelmed by those names...

There's been a bunch of others mentioned (by Nudge mainly)... Prismall, Thorp et al... They're all a complete fantasy, but fun to imagine.

2024 Player Reviews: #36 Kysaiah Pickett

The Demons’ aggressive small forward who kicks goals and defends the Demons’ ball in the forward arc. When he’s on song, he’s unstoppable but he did blot his copybook with a three week suspension in the final round. A couple of Demonland Trackwatchers braved the rain and headed down to Gosch's paddock to bring you their observations from the second day of Preseason training for the 1st to 4th Year players. 2024 Player Reviews: #1 Steven May

The years are rolling by but May continued to be rock solid in a key defensive position despite some injury concerns. It was another strong season from McVee who spent most of his time mainly at half back but he also looked at home on a few occasions when he was moved into the midfield.
