For someone who got the opportunity to see only a little of the game but am interested in who Dunn played against and who won the duel.

You could argue that on just about every topic relating to the club's performance and add further that it's not the coaches and the football department who have to do their bit but the board and all the staff who have to keep the club stable and the money rolling in so we have good coaches, recruiters etc. Much of what your pointing out really goes without saying.

I think he might also be competing for a spot against the like of ANB and Billy Stretch who are also looking good ATM.

I'm sure that it goes without saying but I would be stoked if JT made a successful return and finally achieved the status in the game he deserves after all this time.

The part I loved was the split screen crossing to Hawthorn v Geelong when it looked like we were over the line.

Not all about Essendon but Martin Flanigan nails it again with this article:- Why do sports scandals still shock us? And I know that there's a real preoccupation with the Bombers scandal but I really do like the tweet he quotes: "Linda Connolly: Jesus. if only people had as many questions for (& were as hard on) our politicians as they are on #hird, democracy might even work! (sic)"

The highlight reel highlights the deficiencies of highlight reels. It shows that Daniel Rioli is a very good attacking footballer with fantastic reflexes and the ability to read the play well but it doesn't show any of the defensive pressure that makes Cyril such a great player for the Hawks. This is not a knock on him but I'd like to see how Daniel plays when the opposition has ball in hand before making my assessment on how he would go at AFL level.

If you're good in a particular line of work and not under contract, it's a given that you have the right to choose your work place. That's not being petulant.

Where do you get calendars for 2025?

A chemist about to be appointed coach of Essendon. You couldn't possibly make that up.

Hope we keep recruiting as well as we did with Jeffrey.

Bombers scandal: charged, <redacted> and <infracted>
Demon Head replied to Jonesbag's topic in Melbourne Demons
The usual warning should be applied to this article. It was written by Essendon acolyte Chip Le Grand who predicted a little while ago that ASADA's case was falling apart because the Federal Court was about to prevent it from using player testimonies. -

Yes ... Thursday, April 10 has arrived and the action against Dank is hotting up - Anti-Doping Rule Violation Panel to hear drug allegations towards former Essendon sports scientist Stephen Dank -
Especially when they say they work to help people who suffer from it.

His management have nominated the price. I'd be surprised if there wasnt a taker out there or that he's not already taken. The early pick and the additional salary cap room going into the future is more valuable than a player who hasn't performed anywhere near his top in four years.
