  1. That’s why I’m hoping we take Tarau if available at pick 9 huge potential and could play multiple positions including forward
  2. I would have put Jefferson on the plane with Trac to do some hard training at Red Bull - I know that’s not how it works but he does need to up his intensity big time
  3. I agree that Tarau looks a bit like a tall Heeney - at first I thought it was just the hair but he certainly does have some similar characteristics - he is so mobile I see no reason why he couldn’t ultimately play multiple positions including midfield. He is also not worried about a bit of physicality which is great. Really hoping we can grab him with either pick
  4. Houston to Carlton for pick 3 and a future first now I guess
  5. I’d be disappointed if we don’t hold 5&9 in what seems to be an even draft at the top end It’s not like there are a couple of Harley Reid’s available that would justify trying to push higher up the draft board
  6. Clearly forgotten how good he was in 2021 He will be back once he gets a good run with injury and his confidence returns He is definitely AFL quality imo
  7. You would assume our interest in Sharp is to 1. allow midfield rotations for Windsor or 2. use his speed and running capacity to replace the HFF role that nibbler did effectively
  8. I’d like Lalor and Tarau with 5&9 thanks 🙏
  9. If he shows form in 2025 and plays some AFL games then he will be offered another contract potentially a better one than he would get if he negotiated it now His challenge is to push into a GWS team that has more depth on the list for players like him If I was him I’d be still wanting to move next year either way as they haven’t exactly acted in good faith given the circumstances
  10. I certainly hope that if Lalor or Tauru is still available at our pick/s we don’t end up with Kako
  11. Agree, the more I see the more I like Tauru - love to get him into our list
  12. Sure you’re not confusing debits and credits ?
  13. Is Kako really that good? I have been underwhelmed looking at the footage available Is it just me ?
  14. I flagged him as an interesting option a few weeks back and agree he looks the goods At that stage I thought he was a sneaky chance to drop in the late teens or early twenties but he is definitely firming as a likely inside top 10 pick
  15. Lots to like about Lord but can’t see the Power letting him go unfortunately
  16. Possibly too much leeway Time for a number of our players to repay the faith that the club has put in them through very lucrative contracts Lets see why you get the big $$$ fellas
  17. Cornes seems to delight in bagging the MFC The other more mature interpretation of this trade is the the MFC is doing the right thing by a loyal and highly respected member of their team that has given 10 years service Any comparison with the trade done for McAdam seems rather irrelevant to me
  18. If they trade away their future first this trade period how do they have 2 first rounders next year ? Is the AFL giving them priority picks for being so cringeworthy 😂
  19. Luke Jackson says hi 👋
  20. Yes sorry misunderstood what you said - I agree
  21. Pretty sure that trend started with our short folly with Fabulous Phil Carmen
  22. You mean unlikely right?
  23. Fullerton is not a ruckman and never will be - he should be told that if he is to remain on the list he needs to focus on becoming a KPF or KPD Its really that simple - his 2024 was ruined by injury and not being played in the positions he is most suited to I’m prepared to reserve judgement on Tom until the end of next season hopefully he gets a good run with injury and they abandon the ruck experiment now Campbell is on the list
