Demonstone's Soporific Sunday Sneaky Showoff Sensation
Cranky Franky replied to Demonstone's topic in Melbourne Demons
Thought you previously posted your last one ever -
And provided us with an endless supply of moralising serial windbags 🤪

Robert was good & had a couple of great years for us. Was picked for the state side while he was with us.

Not by me. Outstanding footballer.

Why Melbourne Must Hire a Coach to Solve Their Forward Woes
Cranky Franky replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
Stevie Johnson for me or maybe Jack Gunston. -
About time Casey gets a decent ruckman. Its cost them 1 or 2 premierships.
-
Every time there was a selection to be made Goodie & the BT took the conservative, stick to what has worked, option. There was a lack of boldness in our selections. Grundy & Woewodin should have played.
-
Hate to agree with someone referencing Tucker Carlson but spot on. Binmans post was total psychobabble, an impenetrable word salad worthy of the worst management speak. In any case a contract is a contract - both parties pay their money & take their chances. However I would be surprised if BBB plays next year.

Campbell Brown may be despicable but he is quiet right A sad, bitter, straight sets exit . We need to respond through actions not talk.- 83 replies

Yes spot on looked really terrific early on but went backwards.

Classic Demonland hijack. Spargo v Picket has turned into Why did we let Hunt & Bedford leave 🤔.
-
Spargos first instinct is invariably to look to pass to someone in a better position and secondly to have a shot on goal whereas Kossies first instinct is to kick a goal and secondly to pass off. I love Kossie & he is such a great snap that I can usually forgive him but if he is to grow as a player & the forward line improve he needs to look to review this aspect of his game.

Shockingly poor article about an ex Demon Rookie
Cranky Franky replied to Satan's topic in Melbourne Demons
Stay strong Daniel and hang in there. You've shown great courage. Hopefully the AFL, MFC or Players Association will provide support. Good luck. -
Vale Ronald Dale Barassi - Rest in Peace
Cranky Franky replied to Dannyz's topic in Melbourne Demons
Made an outstanding contribution to MFC, AFL football and the nation. -
A pretty shallow article. Injuries, suspensions & form means we don’t have a lot of options.

Welcome to Demonland Toby Bedford
Cranky Franky replied to Whispering_Jack's topic in Melbourne Demons
Anyone else find it odd that 3 of the 4 quickest players on the list left - Baker , Bedford & Hunt. -
Michael Hibberd Hanging Up the Boots
Cranky Franky replied to Heart Beats True's topic in Melbourne Demons
Talent is important but its essential to have tough nuts with a dash of mongrel like Bernie Vince, Nev Jetta & now Hibbo. An absolute favourite. He will be missed. -
Welcome to Demonland: Shane McAdam
Cranky Franky replied to FrothiesLiam's topic in Melbourne Demons
Certainly talented & has that x factor. Not sure he is the most team oriented player going - seems a tad hungry but then again maybe that's not a bad thing in a forward. -
Amazing what you can find out on Demonland.
-
I understand that but it still baffles me. Imagine if Steven May insisted that his surname be pronounced My or Petty insisted that his surname be pronounced Pet-tie.
-
How on earth do you get doo day. I'll always pronounce it dough - dee

Think its a bit unfair on Jack W. Watching old Dees highlights of the last 10 years recently I was pleasantly surprised at how many times JW was instrumental at winning in close finishes. His kicking was a weapon. Also apart from a form dip he established himself as a regular A grader whereas JS after several years & 3 clubs is still a B grader.

Welcome to Demonland: Luke Dunstan
Cranky Franky replied to Whispering_Jack's topic in Melbourne Demons
He was unlucky. He was in good form & Goodie actually talked him up at a presser. Unfortunately he injured his knee & missed a month or so at the same time Clarry got injured & that ruined his chances. -
Another Tom Mitchell, accumulates a lot of possessions but doesnt hurt you.
