I thought he was the catalyst for underachievement of a great list. 1 Flag with 2 disastrous years either side of 2021 is a bitter disappointment for supporters. And the icing on the cake is a humiliating last quarter record in his second last game.

I lost all respect following his total BS at endless pressers & his refusal to acknowledge where the team was at. A 55 year supporter came up with Goodie the 🤡 18 months ago. I find it apt.

It's quiet different for new players compared to experienced players. Collingwood clearly get it right while Melbourne get it wrong. Tholstrup, Windsor, McVee & Lindsay have all been managed very poorly this year.

You rush back unfit or out of form players straight into the firsts then watch them struggle - he's stuffed up Petty, Tholstrup, Spargo, Lever, Windsor & others.

You are right I was overly harsh. I hope he makes it but he cannot be 50/50 with those gettable shots 35m out. He's got to nail them 90% of the time. He doesn't have enough strings to his bow to succeed unless he becomes a dead eye dick.

McVee has probably played 2 decent games this year otherwise he has varied between ordinary & woeful. Would not get a game in any top 6 side on his current form.

You gotta be joking - Jefferson was terrible against the Blues - fumbled, dropped a chest mark & missed a gettable goal. He kept dropping chest marks yesterday & his kicking was even worse 2.5 & keeps missing sitters from 30 out. His form this year suggest a bust.

Clueless statement. He has been dreadfully managed this year to his own detriment & that of the team. And he's not the only one managed poorly.

I thought Ollie was in great form around mid year & sure to debut. He was playing great footy in defence & seemed the go to man to distribute the ball forward. Sadly he did a hammy at the wrong time which kept him out for 6 weeks or so then received a facial injury at training which means his season is pretty much cooked. Think he deserves at least a 1 year extension.

Mt Hopeless, which Burke & Will's were trying to reach would be more apt (in several ways).

Fully agree - Hibbo & AMW are totally different types. Hibbo was quick enough for the smalls but was physical & aggressive enough for big bodied fwds. In any case AMW has shown potential but is a long way off being a regular player.

Fully agree. With trades he's supposed to improve the list NOT degrade it. Schache, Dunstan, Billings, McAdam, Fullerton pretty much busts. Where are Cross, Vince, Hibberd & Melkshams ??

Think you are missing the point - which is that Kolt has been woefully mismanaged this year. He was rushed into the firsts with no form & not much fitness. He should have spent a month at Casey building up both. This is a dreadful way to manage a young player. Lindsay & Windsor & McVee have also been poorly managed this year.

That's it - a supporter since the late 60's & a member for 25+ years but no more until Goodie the 🤡 resigns.
