So for example no poster who hasnt played as a fwd at a reasonably high level should post an opinion of whether Schache was up to scratch or maybe Lucas Cook or even Ben Brown. Oh yeah Goodie is an absolute genius with his selections & tough calls. He has rushed back unfit or underprepared players for the last 4 years. In fact it's almost become his trademark. And hasn't it worked out wonderfully well for us.

Don't think you have a clue - at all, seriously clueless with a capital C. Chandler is one of the few improvers this year. And one of the few who shows aggression when he attacks the footy. This despite being played way up the ground often in a semi tagging role. Chin would be leading the most improved in 2025.

Windsor, Petty, JVR, Salem, Fritsch, Rivers. And I don't think they are being used in their best positions.

We go there & treat it as a semi holiday. There are lots of clips showing Kosi & others having a great time at Communities & with the locals. Our opponents turn up laser focused with a single minded purpose to win the game.

Not much logic in this statement. Howes is playing good consistent footy & should be in the seniors. Adams has done enough to warrant a debut. Kentfield has shown a few glimpses that he may eventually make it but is miles away from playing seniors. Sestan is well ahead of both of them.

As I've said many times Goodwin's Trademark is rushing back his "pet" players from injury without having to find form at Casey. It's worked a treat this year for Windsor, Jefferson, Tholstrup, Spargo & now Lever.

I wonder is that because his Casey form is not up to scratch or he prefers playing at Fitzroy ? Casey have a swag of tall forwards & as a crumber Roy would have had a picnic in the last 2 games.

What's happened to the lad ?? Played a couple of times for Casey then disappeared. His crumbing would be handy.

My mistake - I assumed the photo in question was the one of Maynard posted previously on this thread & clearly it is not. In my view the best revenge is [censored] them on KB not endlessly encourage more thuggery by our players to "even up".

You should give it a rest. It's sounding more & more like a lynch mob. This latest bout of "revenge outrage" started when a poster suggested the Maynard picture might be one taken after the Brayshaw incident. It clearly is not because BM has a black armband in the photo & didn't wear an armband during that infamous final.

Am I the only one who finds this endless comments about injuring or crippling players for revenge quiet appalling.

Agree Sestan has been a standout with his disposal & has been good for several games. Could replace Salem in defence & move Salem to the mids.

Danger game. We have a poor record in AS. Lyon is a good tactical coach & while the Saints are ordinary they manage to pull off upset wins every year.
