  1. Nothing he said would quell the violent mob we’ve become but, for me, I’m still glad he came out and said something.
  2. Excuse the length of this but I’m trying to find a way to feel better but can’t find the opening! To state the obvious. We’ve now got a set of coaches that suddenly look alarmingly second rate ( that covers all of fitness , tactics and group cohesion). We have a group of players that now are beginning to look either old, lacking the foot skills and pace for the new game or alternatively young and out of form. In fact I have that same Neeld vibe that the coach has lost the players. We have a huge % of the salary cap going to 2 players ( trac and Oliver) on long contracts who, in 2025, you could only class as average . We also have probably our current best player ( kozzy) who wants to leave. Plus and perhaps most importantly we have no home base and in this economic climate seem unlikely to get one . We’re all too aware of the myriad of issues that brings us. I mean forget 2025 this looks like a decade of pain coming. Are we headed back to 2012 or … here’s a scarier thought…are we actually already there and just waking up to the fact !! So… this is tough tough question for you three. Given the current pall hanging over the entire club is there ANY hope anywhere about this club.
  3. you don’t need the ā€œ better analystsā€ fr that. I’m terrible at tactics as i’m too emotional as a watcher. But even I could see, just 10 mins into the first, that a thrashing was coming. that it was kept to only 39 points is some kind of weird credit to them. Been the same for the last 4 weeks. I haven’t been as depressed watching the dees since 2012 /13 . I thought those days were behind us but I see those times if not darker days now yet ahead.
  4. Officially a dead man walking .
  5. the way they started the 3rd should have been the way they started the 1st. The team is utterly lost now and playing some brand of footy no one understands and that doesn’t work. Big changes needed.
  6. For the feint of heart time to stop watching. this is a 70 plus point loss coming up folks.
  7. we have zero system it’s almost embarrassing
  8. i’m having 2013 deja vu
  9. Well after a week of abject misery about ...well every single thing related to the dees ...Ive been visited by a strange sense of hope. The " what ifs" are getting louder. I may well regret this but dees up by 6 goals at half time and win by by 10 points.
  10. Believe me, that team in 2014 beats no one. That highlight was about the only time they moved the ball like that for the whole season. As [censored] as 2025 is don't wish back to 2014 lol
  11. My expectations are so low now that just not getting thrashed would be a god send. A win is a bonus.
  12. In theory I agree ...he's our only living premiership coach. But what if we're 0-12? I mean do we let this year progress from bad to terrible under his guidance? If we get to even 3-9 I think he might see it through...but in your opinion in a worst case scenario of 0-12 or even 1- 11 does he remain.
  13. as well as using his body well...or making good leading patterns or even contesting well in the air to bring the frikn ball to ground half the time. So he IS making progress...but it looks like its backwards.
  14. To be fair... when you lose by 10 goals every week everyone looks like [censored]. But theres also a reason why we're losing like this isnt there.
  15. I’ve been a goody defender. He coached us to a flag that I never thought I’d see and presided over the most successful 3 year period I’d experienced as a supporter. Now however Im seeing disturbing signs he’s lost the players. Anyone see the footage on Kayo of Trac talking to Petty on the bench in the second? He was making a face that obviously expressed some kind of ā€œ i can’t believe itā€ vibe. He noticed the camera and stopped it. There’s just too many players looking lost and bereft of confidence. Fritter 1.7 ?? If anything, our connection inside 50 has gotten worse …along with fitness levels. I think we have to pull the trigger before the season ends.
  16. we’re on the verge of an almighty clean out.
  17. we’re a bottom 4 team. Still coming to grips with that reality. Hard to believe how steep the drop off has been isn’t it.
  18. Fritter is just a shadow of himself :-(
  19. They’re putting their hearts into it. lack polish but can’t argue with the effort. still in it at 3/4 time is better than i was thinking.
  20. this is heading for 100
  21. hes having a mare.
  22. If we do I’m following you for the rest of the season!
  23. That’s for a loss over 100 points. šŸ˜‰
  24. Emotional states and losing margins We lose but by under 10 points = hopeful. Also a bit disappoined but feel we still have a pulse in 25. Demonland has an upbeat but deflated flavour. We lose by 30 ish = Still a bit hopeful, must have done a bit right, but a bit [censored] off too. Demonland is divided...anger venting in certain corners begins. We lose by 30-45 = We feel a bit sick, someone on DL has a melt down and while people try to point to the positives ir turns into a group avalanche. We lose by 45- 65 = We're angry....people want change. Demonland looking for player scapegoats. Blood letting begins. We lose by 65 plus = Worst scenario. The nuclear option. Microwaves coming for membership cards. Goodies days are also officially numbered. We now know exactly how deeply we're [censored] and 2013 trama memories are triggered ( ie Gillies played CHB...Watts drops chest marks and Neeld is coach) Only the brave visit demonland. Due to damage inflicted, new TV's are searched for on Sat morning with promises to our partners we wont watch again in 25.
