I too want our players to be loyal but I would have to have a time machine and go back to the sixties to achive that

Sorry Sweet Dee..........He has said all along that he would decide at the end of season which is now "Not a good look" It is now the twenty first century.....Loyalty in AFL has been gone for many many years now......Clubs delist players, as they should, every year without how "Loyal" that player have been to the club.......Players now do the same thing........ People change employment for many reasons, some for better advancement, more money, better conditions....It happens all the time....Footy is no different. It is just that we are supporters who feel jilted when a player from our club chooses to leave.

I don't see why anybody cares about the AA side......It rates with Mike's top 50 in the HS.....for me anyway......I couldn't care less

So...... let me get this straight.......Chip is a no good rat/dud/spud/dimwit (all names given to him by DL's) for considering offers as a free agent as he is entitled to do Therefore.....Buddy....Goddard......Dal Santo.......Betts.....Thomas.....Moloney....Chaplin.....Pearce....Rivers......Lynch.......Murphy......Knights....Cloke ....etc are all rats/duds/spuds/dimwits for considering their futures as free agents Fair dinkum People will just have to get used to Free Agency and stop calling our players the above names. Footy is a big business these days and gone are the days when you could place a player with a family in your zone just to sign him. And as for people calling him "Not the brightest".........I wish I was as dumb getting paid a lot of money for doing something that I love. P.S. I hope he stays.

According to AFL......Nth disposal ranking is 2nd in the comp at 74% For this year Melbourne equal 3rd at 73.8% Just saying

No Has a all Aust full back played in that position all year.........No Is he a full forward?........No he is played there because we have no other key forwards because of Clarke and Hogan went down Have the midfield got the confidence to kick to him and Dawes ......No Has he the confidence to lead and expect a pass onto his chest......No I tell you what.......I would not like to play in our forward line at the moment....It takes two hours for our mids to get it in there and when they do it's 5 or 6 to one He is a good player when played in his position....He has proved that.

To be fair......We also kicked ourselves out of a few wins as well

Don't want to stop the improvement and list changes will happen as they do each year as teams try to improve their lists I just thinks it's funny that after last year, posters want 15 changes to the list. but just my opinion. Nothing more or less than that

Man...I just love Demonland after a disappointing loss.....Half the posters want one half of the list gone....the other half want all the other players sacked...We may as well sack them all and be like GWS and start from scratch. What did people expect of this year?? We have beaten Carlton, Richmond, Adelaide and Essendon this year and been in most games for most of the year....Last year we could not have imagined that. We have some good youngsters coming through and I have seen improvement in a lot of our players that I didn't expect We were not going to turn around all those bad years in ONE year I have trust in the current footy dept to turn this around and I believe this process has started. Yes we had a really bad game last week but St Kilda smashed Freo so all is not lost after ONE really bad game.

I would hate to be an AFL umpire in this day and age The AFL are consumed with "Continuous play" which means throwing the ball, incorrect disposal, are now not frees as paying a free would hold up play. The AFL also seem to have a "Rule of the week" in which a certain rule is highlighted for the round and disappears the next week. I for one do not blame the umps as I have umpired a few games and it is a lot harder than you think. I think that the umpires are hamstrung by the instructions applied by the AFL
