Which web browser are you using? I used to have a lot of problems getting the audio going on Google Chrome on SEN, but the new update seems to have fixed that. just have to except the pop up details that appear under the address bar. In the past I have always used firefox and it works fine with SEN. For anyone who was trying to listen to the 2nd half SEN have merged the two into one file now. Bailey Interview. Agree. It was Essendon's 3 rucks! Martin has been awesome, but I would rather have Jamar dominating the rucks rather than Martin breaking even. It's great that we will have more confidence giving Martin ruck time while Jamar rests forward. Especially easing Jamar back in from injury.

No. Next year. GWS can trade 4 underage players. We might offer our first round pick this year to get him a year early. He wouldn't be able to play for us, but we would be able to get him to train with us and hopefully get him to play with Casey. Also would allow us to keep our first round pick next year when the draft isn't compromised.

He played well in a winning side. Is an awesome tackler but gets caught with the ball far too often and makes some terrible decisions sometimes. There very well could be another thread next week saying how he needs to be dropped.

I think thats going way too far. Sandi and Cox are easily the best two. And by a fair margin as well. Jamar, Mumford, Jolly are the next few. Or did you mean that he is top two because most of them are out injured at this present time? No doubt he is playing well at the moment. He was much better than all three of Ryder, Hille and Bellchambers last night. He was way better than Hampson last week, but thats not a challenge.

I saw him play a couple of games in Tassie last year and was amazed that we drafted him. Really showed me tonight. Really loved his work off the ball too.

Showed a lot of passion tonight. Was really good to see. Really needs to guide this team to some consistency before he is safe though. Must play the same style of football against the pies and beyond.

When Bailey has a meeting with Jim to see how the team is progressing, then yes I imagine they talk about KPI's. They don't just say 'Well Dean. Your not winning, therefore your doing a bad job. End of story' Yes. KPI's are not the be all and end all. But they do give us 'some' indication of where we are winning, where we are improving and where we are losing. I reckon we could go on like this for awhile. So i'm going to stop now. Feel free to have the last word if you like. I really like this thread. I cant believe there was an option for choosing ten teams in the final series. I also cannot believe that 16.5% of fans supported a 10 teams in finals. Imagine finishing 10th out of 18 for the year and winning the grand final! It's bad enough that it could potentially happen if you finish 8th!

Rubbish. If this were the case then i suppose you think we should recruit Brendon Fevola at the end of the year? After all it will give us a better shot at winning the flag next year. But then in a few years time we will lose him to retirement and be left with Cook who has not had enough experience to deal with the big league. Do you think we should have kept Yze, White, White, Travis Johnstone, Robbo, Whelan and Wheatley instead of bottoming out and bringing in young players? After all, they would have given us a much better chance at winning a flag over the last few years. And you state that winning and losing is the only thing that matters and that KPI's are crap. But how do you win games? Do you just win them? No. You win the KPI's which then win you the games.
