  1. How good would it be if the coming of Jack Watts coincides with the Melbourne Football Club impacting Finals.
  2. All violence is abhorrent to anybody living a positive enjoyable life, and I'm sure 99-100% of posters in this thread subscribe to this lifestyle, but when the microscopic focus on what he or she has written causes posters to defend against expert nit pickers who can pick a post apart word by word, it becomes too irritating to read. This isn't the only thread cursed by it.
  3. Must admit that's a good effort by rafiki otherwise top 5 in the Bluey thank you.
  4. If we're quick enough to get hold of the opposition and mercilessly drive them into the turf , the rest should take care of itself.
  5. I don't know what the Club is thinking re NT but I'd love to see us set up an academy, the talent up there is outrageous.
  6. If the NT partnership is going to be long term then you'd think NT talent will be added to our list.
  7. 6 30pm start aedt, but who knows how much fluff to begin with
  8. I reckon the Dons will go Parish/Oliver, Weideman, Mathieson.
  9. Who would you pick ChaserJ.....all things, especially Weids injury status considered?
  10. by taking Oliver at 3, could Parish slip to 7?
  11. Yes I agree with you rpfc. Parish/ McKay Happy to do this, our next years first rounder used on the kid who made it into this years draft by a few days. Looks terrific, will be the foil and forward ruck. Parish/Mathieson Would be a dream come true for these boys, like ANB and Stretcher, hard to pass up this synergy and will add to the rampant excitement already within the group. Parish/Weideman While this is a great result and one I'd be happy with I prefer either of the previous combinations.
  12. We have the first live pick, but who is this A grade player? I've watched all the highlights, read every post on here and I'm still none the wiser.
  13. Would be open to changing the "should old acquaintance be forgot" line with something more dynamic, seems out of place to me, what is it we are likely to forget?
  14. I'm referring to Goody and Jake. I accept that they were most likely caught up in something they had no control over but there is the possibility that they were indeed complicit or, caught up in the "whatever it takes" and associated possible benefit of success. I bet they were feeling pretty good about themselves when they were flying on the field. Who knows? Only the people at Essendon know what went down. I'd have preferred we just avoid them like the plague.
  15. I'm currently questioning the culture building, we've recruited 2 people, who were 100% involved in the worst culture imaginable.
  16. If he doesn't cost much, can play a role and would be handy if Jones or Vince are injured/out of form.
  17. Good hard working and reliable player who'd slot in nicely I reckon.
  18. Being a country lad, instead of Danger being content to do the occasional 1-1.5 hr drive to Moggs, I'd imagine he's excited it's only a 1-1.5 hr drive to the bright lights!
  19. If he gets the job good for him, we have to deal with it. We'll find somebody to compliment Goody. This is the way of the MFCSS free MFC.
  20. They missed a few imo Can anyone give me a good reason why if you're tackled and the ball hits the ground without getting a hand pass or kick to it, it's not incorrect disposal, dropping the ball, whatever, EVERY TIME. It's so obvious and could easily be at the top of the KISS Afl list of on-field rules. If Richard Branson was asked after a game which rules he understood I think he'd be able to master that one. Not in the slightest disappointed Richmond lost btw.
