I’m surprised there are supporters of any club who don’t hate them. The performance enhancing drug regime of 2012 was cheating at its worst. The fact that James Hird never took any responsibility for for the scheme, the fact that both supporters and the Essendon hierarchy at the time felt they were hard done by and the fact that there are 34 players and ex players wandering around today STILL not knowing what that Club put into their bodies is a disgrace. I thought the standard of the game was akin to the AFLW in the first couple of seasons; skill and fitness levels weren’t quite there aside from a couple of exceptions. Heath and Goldie were clearly a class above. Of the VFLW players I thought #16 Woolcock, #11 Lehman and (I think) #6 Kirkwood were good Like you Dees_In_October, I was trying to work out who was who. You definitely did better than me. Where did you get the stats from?

I’ve only read the last 3 pages of this thread but I think you are all being pretty bloody harsh. I thought it was a really good game with some great skills. I don’t watch many non Melbourne games but thought that was a ripper
