A mate who is a huge Collingwood supporter puts this failure squarely at the feet of Nathan Buckley. As you point out Axis of Bob, they had a great young list that never reached heights it should have, particularly 2012-15. My mate is getting great satisfaction watching them play now under McRae . I’d say Fritta has been told that if he thinks he can make the shot then, take the shot. He has foofed up a couple of times and perhaps now isn’t taking the instinctive first option. Like many he isn’t at his best but is consistently our best forward and we would be crazy to drop him.

I was watching on Kayo and Jason Dunstall was talking up Clarry and Melbourne big time. “Oliver’s hands when he is being tackled are the best I have ever seen” and then Oliver handballed to Langdon 5m away when he had absolutely no right to. He is quite obviously a freak

An alternate theory is that perhaps we think way, way more about Dogga’s contract than Dogga does. He does seem pretty happy go lucky. Perhaps he has only just become aware that his not signing is a thing and is going to now get it sorted?
