The difference it not the fans who were lamenting but the the football club recruiters and powers lamenting at the one that got away. Brisbane may have had a dream run this season but they were top two last season and bombed out. They missed their opportunities. This season they are still making linear improvement. Something we failed to do after 2018. No reason to believe they don’t belong where they are. It’s all a matter of taking opportunities as they arise and they have taken the first positive step last night. Something MFC is still clueless about.
