I see Cale's role as a floater- someone whom can play wing but float either forward or backwards. May even make a CHF.whom has the tank to run all day.

I rate Cale as an up and coming elite player. He is also so versatile. He will however need to hit form and retain it before coming back to the seniors.

I don't think Grimes is flying under the radar- I think he is being developed in the backline- but before long - maybe after a preseason or two to develop his stamina will end up like a Hodge type.Play him anywhere ,but midfield will be best position for him.
