Excellent role player and an excellent team player. He has more nous than Martin and I think he's worth persisting with. Switched forward recently too and looks like he could contribute well there too. Might need to trim down a tad to get some of that quickness and vertical leap back in his game. Just reading through some of the 2006 phantom drafts - James was certainly highly rated and even touted as a number one pick at one point. Then again, so was Cale Morton.

I wouldn't be disappointed if we went after Black either.

We are honestly the last club in the land that should be talking about depth. It's only relevant to the top 4-5 teams IMO. I think Joel will be given another year. And I would like to see that teaser cut once and for all.
