Easier to go to game analyser and click on marks inside 50. The Reiwoldt mark is the one you are talking about .

It is undoubtedly illegal. Maggots are getting worse. Watched the WCE / Rich game and saw some appalling frees. 1. a free kick for abusive languange? Maybe a report but a free? Didn't know there was a rule on that, 2. numerous frees to WCE for sliding down in a tackle - Selwood, Herr, Shuey the worst offenders Can't remember the others but there were at least 5 others that were blatantly wrong or missed

Jones is 24yo and has played 119 games. Should be coming into his prime and with some help around him will be a rock in our midfield for some years ahead. Our past problems have been around players that have good games and then go missing, COnsistent mids have been in short supply around the Dees. This criticising him have rocks in their head. Committed, dedicated, fearless, tough, professional and someone you would want in the trenches. Just think we gave brad Miller 130 games and he is not a patch on this kid

Fact?? Be careful what you are saying D Man. Are you referring to the Davey/indiginous stuff spread by Mifsud? If not and you are talking about the old guard of players then I couldn't be happier. They have proven themselves not capable of leading this club. They have a choice now of getting behind the new coach and direction or being de-listed. If 186 was really a player revolt (or a weird way of showing they love Dean Bailey) then the sooner we are rid of these cancerous, treacherous souls the better. Do you really mean "fact"? Please explain.....

Great effort guys!

Thanks for the laugh this morning, Great post. What a comedian.

The team gave a great effort tonight. 100 tackles and pure commitment, They just didn't have the finishing skills but as one who has been highly critical of the team's effort I was thrilled with it tonight, I just can't see why there is such a gulf week to week in their intensity. If they gave that every week I'd be happy.

Care to revise your statement Jose after Jordie shut down Goddard? After Griffen last week? Like sauce with your humble pie?

Your argument is blown out of the water by the fact that in one summer Hird and Bomber got them close to a NAB cup final and winning the first 4 games of the year. They ran out of gas half way through the year but this crud about changing game plan takes 3 or 4 years was disproven then and there. We were shiite when Bailey came in and when he left but we have gone backwards since DB left. Its scary and the players are dicing with the life of a football cub. If they don't want to commit then get rid of em.Turn em over I say. The latest Roos article says 19 of the players from the 2010 smashing of the Swans are still on our list, the 186 game says our players are running the asylum. They are clearly responsible for dishing out insipid weak performances week in week out. ABout time they wore some heat from long suffering fans.

When did he injure his wrist? Rd 20 last year? How can that have hampered his fitness SOOOOO much that he can't run around in the magoos?? He can still run...
-
Ha. Fantastic! Morton doesn't do any of those things, let alone well. Bail and Jordie can shut down players and have a dip. Yet to see it from wonder boy.

LJ tells Neeld he needs another week?? WHAT???? How can he not be fit enough?????? WTF?? He has had a wrist injury. And been running for months.. This is bizarre in the extreme, Surely he can canter around in the Casey team and he would still beat everyone there?? I don't get it. Very fishy to me.

There's the nub. Small step and who else do we have? Is that the best you have? Do you really believe with that attitude the Dees can be a ruthless finals side? Morton has played 68 games. Most recruits don't play 4 games. Magner has shown more in 4 games IMO. He does not appear to me to have learned anything about disposal or contested footy (please don't bring up his contested count on the weekend!). He has little in the way of defensive skills - he continually hangs off his man by 5-15m. His opponents rack up uncontested stats. Why can't people face it that he has been a wasted 4th pick and move on? Do we want to wait until he reaches 125 games like Miller before we work out he can't play a decent game? It's a cut throat business and we are amongst the worst at it. Why?? Because of guys like Miller and Morton.

You are delusional if you hang your Morton hat on that game. 52% disposal efficiency. 5 out of every 10 cheap possessions went to the opposition. No wonder we can't get our hands on the ball. The likes of Morton keep giving it away.....

44% disposal efficiency. Gets the ball 10 times gives it away 6. I am certain there are better options.
-
Pretty simple. We need MIDS, MIDS, MIDS, MIDS and MIDS. We can't get our hands on the footy. And when we do we turn it over 50% of the time. Stats don't lie. We have had 100 possessions less than our opposition 4 weeks running. Says it all. Can't do ANYTHING if you don't have the footy.
-
Wow. We have come a long way from last year. (wince)

Can't agree with you, Davey was on Murphy who nearly single handedly won the game for the Dogs. Did 3 or 3 good things but a poor game and ZERO defensive pressure. Weak attack on the footy on two glaring occasions. Your expectations are so low after Davey's past 2 years that you are happy with what he dished up. Well I'm not. As for saying he is nearly back, you are dreaming and if the club thinks like you we are truly stuffed. Not sure if you watched the game but Dunn was moved on to Murphy in the 2nd half to curb his dominance. Murphy had 6 second half possessions of which 3 were kicks to himself from a kick in. Dunn actually did his job in the second half. Lift your expectations and watch a bit more closely.

OMG who cares?? If you want to be in the MCC - join!! Anyone can. If you don't, great.

Interesting to note no-one has slated Aaron for his poor defensive effort on Robert Murphy. 18 touches in the first half and almost single handedly won them the game. All I have read is Aaron got two goals and was harder at the contest. Surely he has to be dropped??

Really? It's all JA is worth. Not worth discussing any further than that. Oxygen thief.
