Bailey Humphrey
Humphrey not going anywhere- which is appropriate until he finds his pants. A funny old fella has Humphrey….

Farewell Judd McVee
2 packs of Tim tams and a party sized bag of Doritos should get it done.

Farewell Christian Petracca
Player, #7 and #14 in exchange for Trac +26 Move 7and 14 to a very high pick in 26 draft. Plus we have compo for Spargs, trade for McVee and potentially Oliver as well. Package up those if we have a targeted player and get high in this years draft, or push em all out to next year! Take white, sinner and the big Cat b guy as our 3 this year…

The List Manager Tim Lamb
Lamby’s doing ok- comes into focus this time each year, and gets a lot of stick for what he and the team do. Considering that the proof is never there until the fat lady sings (McAdam, etc) and we are changing our game style, i give him my support to get to work and make magic happen. We were all rapt when Kozzy was resigned, if he wants to leave in a couple of years, is that Lamby’s failure, Kingy’s, Kozzy’s or the universe? You can only by the stuff that is on sale. Most of what we bought over the last few years did not really cost us much, (2nd round picks). The players who have exited - how is that lamb’s doing?

Imploding
Settle, petal! A midfield of Kozzie, Viney and Rivers, with Langford in as well. (Cully, Sharp, Woey and Laurie fighting for spots too)… With elite kicking the order of the day, with lots of cash and some high picks, we are ready to start a new era under King.

Wade Derksen
If he is delisted by GWS, we can just pick him up in the PSD for nuffin! I think this give us an indication in King- he wants what he wants, and list fillers are out!

Mason Cox
I agree with all of the vomit emojis here. No. N dont need him, dont want him, dont rate him. Seeing him in our jumper would make me barf. Would make me seriously question our club and their plan.

Farewell Judd McVee
Not worth 11 in a weak draft. 29 is probably fair. But we should all complain how poor he was and demand overs at the same time!!

NON-MFC: Finals Week 03
That would be the block, where you are meant to hate all the teams whilst they work on home and garden….

AFL Emotional Baggage Index
I reckon the bummers.

NON-MFC: Finals Week 03
Such as disappointing bunch of prelims as ive ever seen. Arrogant hawks vs vanilla cats. Awful pies vs broken lions. Dont really give a rats. Bring on trade weeks!

NON-MFC: Finals Week 01
I remember a christmas in the Nazareth of the North (Manchester) in 1990ish and almost wore the wrong Color into the wrong pub…saved by my host. Seems that the rivalry has been real for a long time…

PODCAST: Rd 24 vs Collingwood
Thanks again for the pod, gents. 3rd quarters have been awesome for the past few weeks, but then we drop right off. Why cant we adjust quicker during the game? Why can’t we keep it up in the last? (Is it is dropping off, the opposition working us out or us not adjusting in game again?) Does this suggest a key fix for 2026? Oliver had a great game, and I thought apart from contest work (not flying for marks etc) Trac earned a pass mark. Thoughts on where these two are at?

TRAINING: Thursday 21st August 2025
Cheers, Ghosty. Love your work and the fact you are still there putting smiles on the players and coaches faces with your care and enthusiasm. Look forward to us winning the off season and getting to a few preseason sessions in the new year.

Youth going forward
All rookies, too!

Welcome to Demonland: Kalani White
I think we should look at him as a longer term project - give him the time to develop at Casey with no pressure to come on in the firsts for a couple of years. He is not the messiah. Look at how the Bulldogs have developed their f/s talls in the 2’s and then they come in and smash it!

Choco Williams axed
Its hard to make a silk purse out of a sows ear.. Choco did a great job teaching skills, but obviously rinse and repeat of the message was not making a difference any more. Suggest we will cut everyone that we can before the coaching announcement so the new coach can have a clear run. I would expect the coach announcement at the Bluey or just before, so then we can go into the trade and draft period ready to strike as best suits the new coach’s vision of what we will be.

PODCAST: Rd 23 vs Hawthorn
Thanks again for the pod, gents. Another poor showing, allowing the hawks to simply ‘run around’ us with uncontested possessions and marks, with no effort to cover across, no ability to stick a tackle, or demonstrate rudimentary football skills. Many of our players had absolute mares of games. Max all Australian? Who else could pinch it from him? Rivers provided real run through the midfield in the last - any thoughts on why the experiment hasn’t been tried more often this year. Is May too slow now to be a key back? Why no set plays from kick outs this week? 4 quarters of football left versus the filth. Nothing would please me more than seeing effort and skills, a few clean hits and the collywobbles to be in full swing come the finals…

PREGAME: Rd 24 vs Collingwood
That was poor. Max was a champ, Riv provided some run from the back half. Most of the team had mares. Glad it is done.
-
GAMEDAY: Rd 23 vs Hawthorn
Terrible, just terrible.
-
PREGAME: Rd 23 vs Hawthorn
I’m hoping they are loading this week in preparation for the finals and we can get them.
-
PREGAME: Rd 23 vs Hawthorn
I really dislike the arrogant tossers at Hawthorn. Please let us smash them.
-
PODCAST: Rd 22 vs Western Bulldogs
I counted four significant errors that cost us goals (unnecessarily)- take those out of our game and we win this.
-
PODCAST: Rd 22 vs Western Bulldogs
A good effort, especially given the week that was. Thoughts on Adams? Great set play early from kick out - why Sid we only see it once? Last home game and wont lose too many fans with that performance.

POSTGAME: Rd 22 vs Western Bulldogs
Chappies presser was good, too. Insightful, and no ‘learnings’…
