I am trying to kill ants at my in laws at the moment as well. They (in laws) seem to be built on an ant hill. Have been using borax and whilst I haven't yet wiped out the colony there has been a noticeable difference. You mix the borax (cleaning agent) with honey and spread it near where they are moving around. But the key is also to mix borax with sugar because the ants bring solids back to the nest and that kills them in their. let me know how you go.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - CLAYTON OLIVER

Given Brayshaw wasn't given NAB challenge games it's hard to draw a line. Let's hope they are both fighting for the same spot by round 5 because Trengove and Petracca are banging the door down. -

Brayshaw was playing pretty good footy up until he got injured. The 2nd quarter against Collingwood on Queens Birthday was something to behold. if Oliver has a better debut year it is exciting times for Demon fans. -
To those who go to training do Frost or even Pederson do work with Stafford or the other rucks?

A bit like being the dentist for a crocodile?

Was it Dustin Martin's old man? -
I am on record at the time saying Brad Green should be kept as captain. And he should have been but Neeld also rightly wanted change. Who would you have made captain from our list in 2012 with the benefit of hindsight?
-
Should get their doctor that saw Trengove to have a look at him.

I hate Parish because he plays for Essendon. I also hated Ben Kennedy up until last years trade period because he played for Collingwood. -
I just look forward to him saying they are just as hungry for a 3rd premiership as they were for the first 2.

Dislike those policies as you will but Abbott succeeded in implementing both as promised by 3 word slogans in his election campaign. What does Turnbull stand for? About the same as Rudd and Gillard at this stage. And that is generous to Rudd and Gillard because Turnbull hasn't mucked anything up yet.

I remember him as slow but probably unfairly and in hindsight after the stress fractures. He is not a very penetrating kick which is a good indicator of slow twitch fibres. Slow twitch fibres equals slow burst of speed. Don't get me wrong i think Trengove will be in the best 22 when he is fit. -

Hopefully nab 3. He could be just building... -
Am I getting this right? You are complaining the free stuff you got from the website is upsetting because other members paid "significant amounts to attend"? Where they got all the speeches along with catering?

Pre-match thread: NAB Challenge Game 3 - St Kilda v Melbourne

If we get a Brayshaw like injury in the first few seconds don't do it. -

Jack Trengove was slow in a slow team. He was also unfairly an integral cog of our midfield after playing about 5 games. Times have changed. He will be a role player in a team that has a balance between speed and hardness. His balance and poise will compliment just nicely. -

My spies tell me Clayton Oliver, Hogan and Truck were having shots from the boundary in a group of just the 3 of them. Clayton Oliver surprisingly was the one converting the most. -
Watts wants to stay but will explore free agency.

If only we had a player who didn't look as happy as Watts or as grumpy as Garland. A just between facial expression would be perfect for demonlanders. -

I wish there was an unlike button. -
It was a rhetorical question. I think Kent has had a pretty immediate and that is why he is valued on here so much. He will only get better injuries permitting.

Neither did The Ox. 2 of the best players in the last 40 years. Must be a sign... -
I wonder how the players at the top teams in similar roles were going at 32 games. We haven't seen anywhere near the best of Kent yet.

Probably was Bugg then. I've just seen Toby Green do that a few times. He would be a dominator if he could kick more than 30m -
WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - BEN KENNEDY
Wrecker45 replied to MadAsHell's topic in Melbourne Demons
He's much quicker (leg speed) than ANB. Therefore he will get a game ahead of him in the foreword line to keep the intense pressure up in our forward press. ANB seems to have a better goal sense and as silly as this seems is less important to our forward structure. -
For once i am confident. Over the last few years under Roos where we have occasionally gone in as favourite i have learnt to worry. BUT the relentless attack on the contest and our forward press set-up makes me think lesser teams will crumble against us this year.
