Vanders is one of the fastest at the club. He does not lack pace.
-
The irony is it works for him and $cully.

Trengove was inspirational on the mcc members wing side, city end. 2 against one. Ran through one and mowed down the other to get it out of bounds. We are better with him in the side.

Rod Grinter on Open Mike Tuesday Night
Wrecker45 replied to The heart beats true's topic in Melbourne Demons
I've only ever taken 1 'selfie'. Went to luncheon and saw Grinter and got 1 with him. I'm saving my 2nd for Viney and the premiership cup. -
One sentence for me. A few capital letters thrown in randomly and i would be pretty confident.

I am skeptical about Carlton. Wasn't Hird trying to keep up with them in the first place because he was sure they had a peptide programme? Kruezer has a knee scrape and should be out for a month and still plays. Casboult has a fractured leg and still plays. They are two players down for most of the game and still run out the game against one of the premiership favourites.

Haha that is gold. Now he has broken into the side hopefully he stops pestering Roosy and turns his attention to Hogan with his 70 txt's a day. "Have you signed yet? "Have you signed yet"

What does the best 22 look like for the second half of 2016?
Wrecker45 replied to P-man's topic in Melbourne Demons
I'd add Bugg and Kennedy to locks. -
You're safe now.
-
1 - viney (clear leader) 2 - max gawn (nèeds support to stay up) 3 - Jetta (best small backman in the game) 4 - Jack Watts 5 - garlett
-
Max Gawn far too valuable to play there as well if he goes down we're f##ked.

Feeney star whitness for Gillard in her housing scandal just happens to have bought his Seddon property of Kathy Jackson queen of corrupt unions fame. Feeney also forgot to disclose his $2.3m house it Northcote (his electorate) because he wasn't livining in it. Also forgot to disclose his wifes house he stays at in Canberra. Conroy has had his offices raided by the federal police. The Victorian federal labor lot are on the nose.

If we didn't turn the ball over we wouldn't even bother with a defence.

Holding the ball / prior opportunity / incorrect disposal
Wrecker45 replied to Bluey's Dad's topic in Melbourne Demons
Whilst I am confused about holding the ball I can't get my head around deliberate out of bounds. When the Bulldogs player used a volleyball like dig to smash it out of bounds and it was just called a throw in. I couldn't help but agree with the drunk bloke behind me who was yelling that the Bulldogs player used the very same action the umpires use to signal deliberate. -
I'm not so sure. But there is only one way to find out.
-
I wouldn't be surprised if big Maxxy can play forward now. He was OK down there when he was an ok ruckman. His confidence and stature have grown since then. Now he is considered a dominant ruckman I wouldn't be surprised if he was a more influential forward.
-
Horses for courses. But is it just limited to other teams having a strong 2nd ruck? I'm not as concerned about Gawn going up against good ruckman as I am about him going up against average ruckman that are just there to jump into him. When this happens or is likely to happen I wonder whether we should bring in Spencer to jump into them.
-
Now Jake Spencer is fit and playing again should we consider playing him? Max Gawn is such a dominant ruckman now opposition rucks are just jumping into him. They don't care if they win the tap out they just want to make sure Max doesn't. Could we negate this by sending Max forward where he is dangerous and fight a battering ram with an even tougher battering ram in Spencer?
-
I'm not sure opposition teams want Jack Watts marking deep in that city end pocket.
-
Nah my cousin wouldn't know nor would any other player at this stage.
-
Better than a million pages about a bloke who has left us. [censored] you Scully.
-
I thought we already agreed on demonland he was leaving? FWIW i have a cousin playing for the same team with the same player manager and he has told me Prestia is leaving. It is just whether he comes to Melbourne.

It was much better when Abbott had a clear agenda. Love it or hate it. The left had something to hate (and rally against) and the silent majority had something to vote for.

EH - The Einstein quote I provided said "No amount of experimentation can ever prove me right; a single experiment can prove me wrong." If you don't understand how that makes a mockery of consensus science just let me know. Otherwise, I would love to know who you believe is a good enough scientific reference to provide a point.
