  2. Always has. Which is the sole reason Robbie Flower only won one B&F. Instead of about 10.
  3. Harris and Fitzsimon in. GC omitted 😒 and Paxy out injured See club website for details. Wouldn't let me copy the link
  4. Unless part of his new living arrangements include staying home to babysit George Gawn

    Same as BDA above
  6. There was a horse in Hong Kong who was exceptionally talented but would pull some funky tricks in races. Don't recall him getting his act together in the race and winning though. He's out at Living Legends now. That was something else Can you imagine the punters trying to piece together their torn up tote tickets ?
  7. This is not getting easier 6. Hore 5. Paxman 4. West 3. Hanks 2. Zanker 1. Mithen So many apologies. Purcell went at Geelong like they'd run over her dog. Brutal and brilliant to watch
  8. Always loved the way Maddi Gay goes about her footy. She's as hard as a cat's head
  9. Hamstring awareness / slight strain according to the club's website. They are hopeful she just misses the one match
  10. Go the Biff

  11. Thanks for that. Rapt that Gabby Colvin gets a run. At the risk of pushing the friendship, do you know what the story is with young Georgia Campbell ? Injured, managed, dropped ?
  12. Prediction or known ?
  13. That's always been Harmsy's problem though. The gap between his best and his worst is huge. Both in game and in season. Just on ability alone there's not much he can't do. He can take a hanger, can pass lace out to a lead, can explode from a stoppage, can kick goals. On ability he's pretty much got it all. But then he'll also handball to a team mate's feet, miss a target by a mile, go missing for large parts of a game, get caught with the ball etc etc For me he's been the most frustrating player due to his output not matching his capacity. If he leaves I'll wish him well. If he stays I'll also wish him well and hope he has a year where he consistently delivers at the high end of his capabilities. No matter what, he's a Demon premiership hero and I'll never forget that pass to Fritta.
  14. It's easy to stuff these things up but jeez I enjoyed that Barrassi tribute. Not often I've said this but well done channel 7
  15. A few random thoughts following my B. Mackin right leg post. Casey Sherriff will probably never get in the votes. Just doesn't get enough of the footy. But 2 or 3 times a game she has a "right place right time" moment which often result in goals. Despite not kicking bags, Tayla Harris is having a hell of a season. Gets to so many contests, very team oriented and is a wrecking ball when the opposition has the ball. Paxy might play until she's 50 Georgia Campbell is improving by the week. Fantastic heir apparent to Loz. Goldrick is a modern day Rhino Richards. Tyla Hanks has long reminded me of a male player and it annoys me that I've not been able to pin down who it is. Her low to the ground running style, her vision, her change of direction and her ability to weave through traffic with a shift of her hips. I'm now thinking it's a composite of Gary Ablett Jnr, Cyril Rioli and Lally Bamblett.

  17. Let us know how many weeks they get
  18. The sort of bloke you'd love to have as a team mate. Thanks Moose. Glad you got that well deserved flag.
  19. As well as her pace Blaithin has a serious right leg on her, particularly for a cross coder. Gets good distance and is pretty accurate. I struggle to think of a better ball user from those imported from other sports

Reckon we've under invested in our O-line for a while now. No point signing more & more pass rushers when you keep losing QB's to injury. We need a couple of units in there who can keep the bloody gate shut !

  23. My first Melbourne footy jumper sported the number 31. So glad he saw us deliver another flag. RIP great man
  24. Who ? Jesus I get sick of reading this tripe. The only KPF available was McStay and he'd cast his lot in with the Pies. Your mind must be easily boggled.
  25. 1. Agreed 2. Watching from the grandstand
